NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES AND THE HILAAL

NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES AND THE HILAAL

Question: Why is it not permissible to accept news of the moon from neighbouring countries? Do territorial boundaries affect the Shariah’s ruling on the issue of the hilaal?

Answer: Many people are quite-rightly querying this issue. There is no Shar’i barrier for accepting news of hilaal confirmation from neighbouring countries according to the Hanafi Math-hab. However, it is not permissible for Shaafis.

Regarding hilaal sightings of neighbouring countries, the only reason why we are not accepting such information/news is because we have no link with reliable persons in these countries. There is no Shar’i barrier or prohibition for accepting hilaal news from the neighbouring countries. The condition for accepting is that the news must reach us by Tareeq-e-Moojib. If we can establish a reliable link, then accepting news from the neighbouring countries will be permissible.

PEDLARS OF ALLEGED ‘TWO VIEWS’

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam said:

“LAA ADWAA – DISEASE IS NOT CONTAGIOUS”

DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE PEDLARS OF ALLEGED ‘TWO VIEWS’

The infamous and notorious red herring of the munaafiqeen and morons is their dangling of two alleged views of the Ulama in front of the ignorant and unwary laymen to obfuscate them. This is a hoodwinking stunt inspired by Shaitaan to detract focus from Allah Ta’ala and to give preference to the kufr contagion theory of the atheists as the basis for the introduction of the host of filth and shaitaaniyat into the Musaajid.

Their allegation is that there are two valid views regarding disease being contagious or not. The one view according to the munaafiqeen and such morons who may not be munaafiq, but are sufficiently stupid to swallow the kufr idea of the atheists and the agents of Iblees, namely the molvis and sheikhs such as Reverend Abraham Bham, Tony Karaan and the Menk character, is that disease is contagious, and the other view is that it is not contagious.

LAMENT OF A SHIAH

THE SORROWFUL LAMENT OF A SHIAH

Question:

In an ‘Open letter to Mufti A.K.Hoosen’ a Shiah, Mr.B.Shahid, laments what he calls ‘Takfirism’, and which he attributes to Mufti A.K.Hoosen. According to this Shiah, Mufti Hoosen is propagating ‘hate speech’, ‘violence’ and ‘killing’ by his kufr pronouncements on Shiahs. What is the response for this lament and claim of the Shiah?

ANSWER

While the best response to the drivel disgorged by the miscreant and misguided Shiah is silence and to assign his essay of nonsense into a bucket of excrement, there is the possibility of ignorant Muslims going astray by the rubbish adorned with satanism which he has disgorged. It is therefore necessary to prepare an adequate and detailed response and refutation of the stercoraceous effluvium which the Shiah has excreted in his essay of jahaalat which is nothing but a disingenuous and desperate attempt to kick up dust and smoke for obfuscating the ignorant and unwary in general, and in particular modernist zindeeqs who profess to be Muslims. These modernists are Shiah cohorts.

THE HILAAL CONTROVERSY AND THE UNDERLYING INTENTION

Question:  Wifaaqul Ulama has not accepted the Eid announcement of the Mujlisul Ulama of S.A. What is their reason for this?

Answer

We are not affiliated to Wifaaqul Ulama. You should refer your question to the Wifaaq, not to us. We are not aware of their reason for their stance. Further, do understand that it is valid and permissible for those Ulama not associated with us, and who lack confidence in us, to reject our announcement.

However, for such rejection it is necessary that they have a valid Shar’i reason. If they have such a reason, then they are under no obligation to accept our view and announcement. They are perfectly correct in differing with us. There is no problem in terms of the Shariah regarding differences based on valid Shar’i grounds.

THE WORDING OF DUA

There are two kinds of Dua: General and Specific. General is a dua which is not related to any specific need. A Specific dua relates to a particular need. Regarding general dua, the best form is the wording mentioned in the Qur’aan and Sunnah. There is considerable barkat in the Ma’thoor (Masnoon) Duas. On the other hand, as far as particular / specific needs of the hour are concerned, one should make dua in one’s own language whether Urdu, Arabic, English, etc.
