THE EFFECTS OF SIN ARE TWO FOLD – SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL

E-mail Print PDF

The consequence of sin and transgression against Allah’s laws is not restricted to the Aakhirat. The effects of sin are not only spiritual. Allah Ta’ala Who has created us is well aware of the harms and damage which certain acts cause to us both physically and spiritually. Thus, every prohibition and command ordained by Allah Azza Wa Jal have been designed for our own safety, benefit and health of both worlds – this dunya and the Aakhirat.

For example, neglecting the Masnoon method of Wudhu, over-eating, abstention  from haraam and mushtabah food, covering utensils, even if empty, at night, not venturing  outside unnecessarily between Maghrib and Isha’, not habitually sleeping after Fajr, abstaining from eating milk and fish together, indulging in idle talk after Isha’, abstention from loud laughter, abstention from much laughter and innumerable other commands and prohibitions are all for our spiritual and physical benefit.

BHAM DOES NOT REPRESENT THE MUSLIM UMMAH!

E-mail Print PDF

Bham is an extremely naïve, devious and narrow minded person. All that he cares is to be in the limelight.  Bham loves to be seen in the company of politicians though he is bereft  of political skills as is apparent from his past and  present conduct. In fact, he demonstrated  lack of understanding even the Deen.

Let’s take his ludicrous calls for President Zuma to step down.  Bham simply followed, like a meek poodle, the call of the Priests, Pundits and Rabbis. Had he been an independent thinker with some Islamic sagacity, he would have used his brains to analyse the current political turmoil gripping the country. Or better, he would have silently turned to Allah Ta’ala and  attend to his own moral reformation and the Islaah of the community whose  evil and immorality are prime causes  of the political turmoil we are  observing currently. Had he applied his intelligence, he would have come to the conclusion that there was something inherently wrong in backing the call for the removal of the president since this call is spearheaded by American and Pro-Israeli and Western interests and sinister agents. That alone should have made him smell a rat.

“Bypass the Bypass surgery”

By: Dr Syed Zair Hussain Rizvi

Two things are full of benefits for the human being, Lukewarm water & Pomegranate.

Pomegranate is a seasonal fruit so I tried an experiment with dried pomegranate seeds. I prepared a decoction boiling the fistful of dried seeds in half litre of water for 10 minutes, squeezed the seeds, strained the decoction and advised those patients suffering from painful angina to use a glass of lukewarm decoction on an empty stomach in the morning. Amazing result was observed, the decoction of dried pomegranate seeds worked like a magic, the feelings of tightness and heaviness of chest and the pain had gone.

THE KUFFAAR COURT RULING

THE KUFFAAR COURT RULING

DON’T GLOAT! DON’T MOCK! O KILAAB!

The kuffaar court ruling remains an effect of kufr. It is not an occasion for gloating and mocking. It is not a victory by any stretch of Imaani and Islaami logic. It is a ruling issued by those wallowing in janaabat and kufr. Gloating and mocking are attributes of the Mushrikeen. Thus, Hadhrat Nooh (Alayhis salaam) said to the mushrik gloaters, mockers and kilaab:

“He (Hadhrat Nooh) engaged in building the Ship. Whenever the leaders of his people would pass by him, they would mock him. He (Hadhrat Nooh) said: ‘If you mock us, then verily, we too shall mock you just as you had mocked.” (Surah Hood, Aayat 38)

Hadhrat Hasan Basri (rahmatullah alayh) said:

O People! At the time of death, man will depart with three regrets:

(1) Unaccomplished hopes regarding accumulation of wealth.

(2) Unfulfilled dreams and desires.

(3) Preparations for the life beyond the grave had not been made.”
