The Hilaal (Crescent Moon) for the month of Jamaadil Ula has been sighted in Port Elizabeth by all three members of JUSA’s P.E. Halaal Committee this night after sunset, 13 March 2013.
JUSA confirms the sighting and declares the commencement of the 1st of Jamaadil Ula, this night, the 13th March 2013.
Islamically, the date changes from after sunset.
