MOLVI SAJID KHAN’S SPURIOUS AND BASELESS DEFENCE OF THE FISQ OF TARIQ JAMEEL
A BROTHER FROM PAKISTAN, COMMENTING ON THE BASELESS DEFENCE OF TARIQ JAMEEL PUT UP BY ONE TABLIGHI MOLVI SAJID KHAN, STATES:
May Allah Ta'ala immensely reward you for refuting this deviated man (i.e. Tariq Jameel. I would like to bring also to your attention that a Tablighi Moulvi Sajid Khan Naqshbandi, in order to silence the Barelvi opponents of Moulana Tariq Jameel's attendance in the Iftar party at Imran Khan's house has used the Ayat:" ادعوا الی سبیل ربک بالحکمۃ والموعظۃالحسنۃ" and explained that "دعوتِ الی اللہ کی بنیاد ہی حکمت اور گفتارو کردار کی نرمی و شیرینی پر ہے"(Calling unto Allah itself is based on wisdom and softness and sweetness of speech and action).
He has also used the Hadith of Muslim vol.1,pg.289, Nasai vol.1,pg.333, that Rasoolullah (SAW) delivered a sermon to the men, then with the support of Hazrat Bilal (RA) he came to women and delivered A sermon to them, and advised them to give charity because he saw most of them to be the fuel of Jahannam. A woman from amongst them asked the reason. The narrator Hazrat Jabir (RA) saw the redness of her cheeks by the word "شفعاءالخدین" in this Hadith. From this Hadith the Tablighi Moulvi implied that in the presence of Rasoolullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), Hazrat Jabir (RA) saw her face to the extent that he even reported the colour.
Then the Moulvi sarcastically says thanks, Rasoolullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and Hazrat Jabir (RA) were not in this era for he does not know what kind of Fatwas the Facebook Muftis would have issued against them. (Tariq Jameel is a deviate Facebook character – The Majlis)
He also uses the Hadith:
ظنوا المؤمنین خیرا" to have good opinion of Moulana Tariq Jameel by making a good taweel (interpretation) of his actions. (The act of public zina of a man may not be interpreted to exonerate him, for in so doing the masses are further led astray. This deviate while posing as a guide, is in fact a mudhil – one who misleads. –The Majlis) He went on to say that he does not find anything bad if Moulana adopted the behavior as a strategy by coming out of the shell of Moulviat (ایسے ماحول میں اگر مولانا نےمولویت کے خول سے نکل کر ایک حکمتِ عملی کے تحت یہ رویہ رکھا تو مجھے اسمیں کوئی قباحت نظر نہیں آتی). He gives the reason that he was meeting apolitical personality and political and worldly people have lot of complaint with Moulvis. (Likewise we have numerous complaints against these fussaaq, fujjaar, in fact zanadiqah political ‘personalities’. They are the scum of humankind, and the ulama-e-soo’ are even worse. – The Majlis) Hence he should make use of such an opportunity.
He also writes that "پس یہ ہوسکتا ہے کہ اپنی ناقص عقل کیوجہ سے ہمیں کوئی کام بظاہر مناسب نہ معلوم ہوتا ہو مگر مستقبل اور مآلکے اعتبار سے وہ اپنے اندر ایک عظیم انقلاب رکھتا ہو. ایسے موقع پر اگربعض اوقات نرمی کرلی جائے اور شریعت کے مزاج سے بظاہر تھوڑا ہٹ کر کچھ کرلیا جائے تو آخر اس میں کیا برائی ہے؟" Then he quotes the Fiqhi usool"الضروریات تبیح المحظورات" and says "کا قاعدہ اسی دن اور اسی گھڑی کےلئے مقرر کیا گیا ہے".Then he quoted an incident of Hazrat Syed Ahmad Shaheed (rah) from Hazrat Thanvi (rah) from Arwaah eThalathah(ارواحِ ثلاثہ page 119) that he went to market and saw a prostitute and glanced at her, then later she did taubah etc. (We take our directives from the Shariah and the Sunnah. We are not Hadhrat-Worshippers. We do not deify our seniors. Our example for adoption is Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Sahaabah, not the Hadhrat who looked at the face of the prostitute. Such shaaz and naadir issues should not cast the Aalim of Haqq into a conundrum. Even if we see a Hadhrat flying to the Arsh, we shall not be awed with his acts if in conflict with the Shariah. About the type of deviate molvis such as Tariq Jameel and this Sajid Khan, Allaamah Sha’taani –rahmatullah alayh – said: ‘He who cites (as daleel) the nawaadir of the Ulama, has made his exit from Islam.’ – The Majlis)
The Moulvi has even quoted some statements of Ahmad Raza Khan Barelvi to refute Barelvis. I would just say that the Moulvi is an example of compound ignorance. (Most certainly he is a glaring specimen of Jahl-e-Murakkab. – The Majlis)
His istidlaal (deduction) on the basis of the Ayats and Ahaadith is baatil (and downright stupid – The Majlis). The actions of saints are not Shar'i proof. He should remember that Hazrat Allamah Yusuf Binnori (rah) and Hazrat Moulana Sarfaraz Khan Safdar (rah) did notallow usage of Television for Tabligh all their life. Was Salaam

The Brother’s comment is adequate to debunk the utterly baseless and downright stupid arguments of Molvi Sajid Khan. A whole booklet could be written to show and refute the stupid interpretations which this wayward Molvi has made in his defence of fisq and fujoor. Miscreant ulama of this type are all signs of Qiyaamah. They are the materialization of Rasulullah’s predictions in condemnation of the ulama-e-soo’ of the eras in close proximity to Qiyaamah.
Instead of upholding the Haqq by way of unadulterated Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahy Anil Munkar, this Molvi spins a case for defending fisq and fujoor. In his thoughtless defence of a flagrant faasiq, the Molvi overlooks all the explicit Nusoos commanding the proclamation of the Haqq. If the stupid ta’weelaat (interpretations) of the Hadith presented by the Molvi had any validity, the door for proclaiming the BITTER TRUTH and for Amr Bil Ma’roof would be permanently closed.
Dubious diplomacy and stupid ‘hikmat’ are known as Talbeesul Iblees. This is the trademark of the ulama-e-soo’ who abound in this era. The likes of Tariq Jameel and Sajid Khan are busy with the nefarious job of digging up the foundations of Islam with their dalliance with baatil, fisq, fujoor and bid’ah.
