Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Manzoor Nu’maani Sahib spent his whole life in opposition to the Bareilwis and on the contentious issues with the Bareilwis he had authored several kitaabs. In the subject of Hadith he compiled the kitaab, Ma’aariful Hadith. His son is Maulana Ateequr Rahmaan Saheb who resides in England.

He (Maulana Manzoor Sahib Nu’maani) was from Bareili. After Bareili he relocated to Sambhal which is another town close to Bareili. Otherwise he is actually from Bareili and from there he started publishing the journal, Al-Furqaan and his whole life was dedicated to opposing the Bareilwis.

He said, and I heard what he said directly; without any in between medium: “Deobandis are drawing closer and closer to the Bareilwis and are now just a hand span away from them. It is only a matter of time.”

In our circles (that is among the Deobandis) such things have been introduced and which we are hearing of, the outcome of which is uncertain. We cannot say what these actions will lead to. Our Buzrugs’ qabrs are being located in Musjids! In Musjids refers to the environs of the Musjids. In Madrasahs and Daarul Ulooms our Akaabirs’ graves are being located. As if this was a graveyard before! There (in Madrasahs and Musjids) they cannot bury.  What need is there for burying in the Madrasah? Today there may be no problem, but tomorrow when jahaalat becomes rife among the Deobandis then these lovers of the graves will start worshipping these graves. They will start asking for their needs from these graves.

Go to Delhi and see in Nizaamuddeen Markaz. All the Buzrugs are resting in the public Qabrustaan situated near to the Markaz.  Moulana Umar Sahib is buried there, Maulana Ubaidullah Sahib also, Maulana Izhaar Sahib is also buried there. Then there are three Buzrugs buried in the Markaz Musjid; Maulana Ilyaas Sahib, Maulana Yusuf Sahib and Maulana In’aam Sahib. The graves of all three are in the Musjid at the Markaz. Since all the Akaabir are resting there (in the public Qabrustaan) why are these three here? Today they have concealed the graves with a wall, out of fear for the Arabs. Tomorrow when jahaalat takes over why will bid’at not be introduced at the resting place of these three Buzrugs in the Markaz? When all are resting in the Public Qabrustaan why are the graves of these three here (in the Markaz)? Why are the graves in the Madrasah?

Wherever you go, go to Karachi, Hadhrat Maulana Yusuf Binnoori’s grave is adjoining the Musjid. Go to Calcutta, Hazrat Moulana Taahir Sahib’s grave is adjoining the Musjid. Go to Gangohi. Qaari Shareef Sahib who used to come here for collection, his grave is located in the Madrasah. Maulana Isma’eel Katki who was vehemently opposed to the Qaadiyaanis, his grave is located in the Musjid.

Now whichever Buzrug passes away his grave is either placed in the Madrasah or the Musjid. The outstanding difference between us and the Bareilwis was this qabr parasti (grave worshipping).

What must I say? Hadhrat Gangohi who was the most rigid, there is a tombstone now by his grave. We have seen now tombstones on ordinary graves in the public Qabrustaan. A square wall is built. Later, domes and everything else will be constructed.

Hadhrat Thaanvi who was the staunchest in this regard, a tombstone has been erected by his grave and on all sides a wall.

The new crop of pseudo-Deobandis are an utter disgrace to the Akaabir Ulama and Auliya of Deoband who were in the forefront in combating Bid’ah and Qabar Puja (grave-worship). While Hadhrat Maulana Palanpuri has touched on only one aspect of the process of deviation which has set into the Ulama of Deoband of this era, there is a range of evil – fisq, fujoor, dhalaal and bid’ah which the fake ‘deobandis’ have initiated and in which they indulge while shamelessly providing absolutely fallacious cover for their evil malpractices which are the effects of venal motives. 

Among all the villainy which the deobandi miscreants of this age are promoting are:

  • Gravitating to grave-worship as pointed out by Hadhrat Palanpuri
  • Legalizing haraam pictures of animate objects
  • Halaalizing carrion
  • Halaalizing riba and baatil  trade transactions
  • Appearing on television
  • Abandoning Hijaab
  • Participating in the  kufr interfaith movement
  • Public halqa thikr in emulation of the |Barelwi Bid’atis
  • Seerah functions in Rabiul Awwal in competition with the Meelaad gang
  • The bid’ah of lailatun nor
  • Luring women into the public domain
  • Opening the Musaajid for women
  • Striking up association with baatil groups to confront the Ahl-e-Haqq
  • Diluting the Shariah with Salaf’ism
  • Singing sessions in the Musaajid
  • Promoting female exposure by way of radio stations
  • Female marriage counselors
  • Legalizing kuffaar sport. Molvis actively promoting kuffaar sport
  • Mass, merrymaking ‘I’tikaaf’ functions
  • Total abstention from Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahy Anil Munkar.


This is not the end of the list of haraam shenanigans innovated and perpetrated by the new era miscreant molvis/sheikhs who proclaim themselves as ‘Deobandis’ while not having the haziest idea of the meaning, aims and objectives of the School of Deoband which had been the vanguard of Haqq and of the Sunnah and the primary eliminator of Bid’ah since its very inception. 

While we lament and grieve at this satanic metamorphosis which the august institution and Sunnah culture of Deoband is undergoing, there is no surprise in the satanism which is afflicting the new era molvis, the effects of mass production, pursuing the dunya in the name of the Deen. After all, the predictions of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) regarding the increase of the ulama-e-soo’ and the aimmah-e-mudhilleen have to come to pass. We are the observers in this age of the materialization of Rasulullah’s predictions which attest to the Truth of his Nubuwwat. 

These so-called molvis of ‘deoband’, especially the ilk of the NNB Jamiat (No Name Brand Jamiat) of Fordsburg. This clique of molvis have transgressed and violated every rule in the Qur’aan and Sunnah in their pursuit of hub-e-jah (the craving for aggrandizement, name and fame), and hub-e-maal (the lust for money). The acts of fisq and fujoor of these villainous molvis are not sins committed in privacy which one should conceal, not advertise. But, these miserable coons and clowns appearing on haraam television sit in special grooming chambers to be groomed by faajirah women before they make their television appearance. The women groom the beards of these lewd molvis, fill the cracks (wrinkles) on their faces with polyfiller (haraam cosmetics)  to make the hoodlum molvis ‘presentable’ for displaying their snouts to a television audience.  They are entirely oblivious of the time when they will be grabbed by their obnoxious snouts by the Prosecutors of Allah Azza Wa Jal: “Soon shall We brand him on his snout.” ( Al-Qalam, Aayat 16)

These fussaaq and fujjaar molvi characters come within the scope of this Aayat. They shall soon regret their villainy perpetrated so treacherously in the name of the Deen. 

Then they have female marriage counselors with whom they interact lewdly without any thought for Hijaab. And, what they commit behind closed doors in their shaitaani radio studios is appalling. 

These evil characters have disgraced the noble Institution of Deoband, sullied the illustrious Names of the Akaabireen of Deoband, and have treacherously betrayed Islam. They will yet rue their villainous shenanigans when they buckle at the time Malakul Maut strikes them. May Allah Ta’ala save our Imaan, protect us from the evil of the nafs and the snares of Iblees.
