“KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AND MAD PERSONS AWAY FROM THE MUSAAJID”
(Rasulullah – Sallallahu alayhi wasallam)
RASULULLAH (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
“Keep your Musaajid saved from your children and insane persons.”
This Hadith debunks the drivel of some Shibli Zaman character who promotes defilement of the Musjid’s sanctity by way of permitting children to convert the Musjid into a playing ground. In fact, nowadays children are watching pornography on cell phones right inside the Musaajid whilst the Taraaweeh is in progress.
The arguments which this entity presents to justify the rumpus of children in Musaajid are plain nonsense stemming from his gross jahaalat. To dismiss the distraction which the unruly and ill-mannered children cause to musallis, he cites a Hadith which mentions a Sahaabi maintaining total concentration despite having been struck by three arrows. This citation speaks volumes for this character’s ignorance. He should first ask someone to prick him with a pin whilst he performs Salaat to test his power of concentration, endurance and tolerance. Where is the Sahaabi’s concentration and where is the spirituality of people of our lowly kind in this age, 14 centuries apart from Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam)? How can the lack of concentration of today’s people be compared to the total annihilation (Fana’) of the Sahaabah? It is moronic to expect people of today to have the power of concentration of the Sahaabah. Furthermore, the Sahaabi’s power of concentration is not a licence for child-hooliganism in the Musaajid.
He has exhibited gross stupidity by justifying with this Hadith the unruly and haraam behaviour of children condoned by their uncaring fathers who bring such children to the Musaaid to ruin the Salaat of others and to defile the sanctity of the Musaajid. This Hadith has absolutely no relationship with the issue. What type of mentality is it which compares the concentration of a Sahaabi in Salaat with the almost total lack of concentration of people of this age?
Furthermore, this chap believes himself to be a Mujtahid, hence he digs out just any Hadith from some book and formulates his own stupid fatwa. No one has the right to extract Hadith narrations from the kutub to utilize for abrogation the ahkaam of the Shariah as ruled by the Fuqaha of the Salafus Saaliheen era. On the basis of the aforementioned Hadith as well as other dalai-il, the Fuqaha have ruled that it is not permissible to take little children to the Musaajid. Children and insane persons do not uphold the sanctity of the Musaajid, and they will obviously disturb the musallis in the Musaajid.
Nowadays even big children behave like little children, and the cause of their misconduct is the apathy and carelessness of their parents who themselves are ignorant of the aadaab of the Musjid, hence they failed to impart the necessary training to their unruly, disobedient children addicted to cell phone pornography. Children who are unable to observe the respects of the Musjid should not be brought to the House of Allah Ta’ala. No one will tolerate unruly behaviour from even class one children whilst in class, but they find misbehaviour in the Musaajid perfectly normal and acceptable. Something is wrong with the brains of such people.
The Zaman character stupidly says: “It’s mindless to complain about kids in the Mosque and then complain that they don’t frequent the Mosque when they become teenagers.”
He simply does not know what he is disgorging. Teenagers who do not frequent the Musjid were NEVER debarred from any Musjid when they were kids kicking up a noise in the Musjid. There are no Musaajid where the rowdy children are expelled. They have always been tolerated despite their evil conduct. It is therefore baseless to aver that the teenagers who today do not frequent the Musaajid were such kids who were debarred from the Musaajid on account of their haraam misbehaviour. The converse is true. Teenagers who were not taught the aadaab of the Musjid and who were allowed by their parents to soil themselves in the immoral filth of westernization at secular schools where they were nourished with all the kufr of the West, are the ones who do not frequent the Musaajid. Children in whom the Deen is properly ingrained, will always be in the Musaajid when they are teenagers. It is the raw, uncouth material which abstains from the Musaajid. These children are transformed into raw and uncouth material by their parents who pay the greatest care for their secular and worldly education and welfare whilst showing no concern for their Deeni Ta’leem and Tarbiyat. The one who avers that teenagers are averse to attend the Musjid because they were debarred from the Musaajid during their childhood days is a lying moron. Never were the unruly children prevented from any Musjid despite their acts of hooliganism which not even their haraam secular schools tolerate. The only place remaining for unruly childhood exhibition is the Musjid, and this is because of the hidden kufr lurking in the hearts of the Shibli Zaman kind of character who promotes defilement of the Musjid’s sanctity.
The Musjid is not the venue for children whose parents miserably fail in their obligation of disciplining their offspring. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) prohibited bringing children and mad people to the Musjid. The Musaajid are the abodes of pure Ibaadat, not playgrounds for rude and unruly children whose parents school them in ill-manners.
