Like a pyramid scheme that comes to its gloomy end, all the strategic promises that Benjamin Netanyahu made in the past decade and a half have collapsed. Last October 7, the prime minister was finally revealed as a kind of Israeli Bernie Madoff, the man who for years ran a vast Ponzi scheme of his own. Not much remains today of the great achievements in which Netanyahu and his followers took pride.

Thousands call for ceasefire and peace in Tel Aviv protest

Thousands gathered in Tel Aviv late last night to call for a ceasefire in Gaza and peace with Palestinians.

The protests are taking place in Israel again as anger is growing towards the Netanyahu administration which has failed to have captives released despite the devastating war.

Some of the families of the captives were also present during the protests, with many demonstrators carrying signs that read “Peace begins with hope” and “Peace is the only solution”.

“People are saying that only peace will bring security for Israel,” said Al Jazeera’s Teresa Bo, reporting from Tel Aviv. “We are told many are not carrying Palestinian flags because they are afraid that they could be detained.”

WHAT THE QUR’AAN SAYS

 

Peace along with victory or humiliating defeat will come only when the prescribed Athaab of Allah Ta’ala has run its course. Allah Ta’ala is the Source of the Athaab. Allah Azza Wa Jal has harnessed in the Yahood to inflict His Athaab on a treacherous Muslim Ummah.

 

Allah Ta’ala Sees. He Hears. He has Power. He is Just – but He is allowing the massacres and the genocide to continue. Allah Ta’ala says in the Qur’aan Majeed:

“Indeed, We have not oppressed them. But they have oppressed themselves.”

 

That is why the Athaab has befallen the Muslims in Palestine and elsewhere. The only solution is Inaabat ilallaah – to turn to Allah Ta’ala, seeking forgiveness and renewing the pledge of obedience.
