Part Eleven THE KNB (KUFR NIKAH BILL)
KNB WILL ALWAYS BE ‘CATASTROPHIC’ KUFR – DO NOT BE DECEIVED!
Unable to furnish the requested proof for bolstering his fallacious claims, Mr.Hendricks attempting to divert Muslim focus from the false claims he had made, says in his six page drivel essay:
“The “Registration of Muslim Marriages Bill” has been publicized in Parliament and it is on the order paper. The Bill will be introduced to the nation in February 2023, and it will be debated upon. AL JAMA-AH would have prevented a catastrophe by then as the definitions of Shariah and a Shariah marriage are the definitions agreed upon by both USA and UCCSA, and that these were not formulated by government or Parliament’s committee.”
His original fallacious claim was:
- Shariah law is recognized by the government
- The consequences of Muslim marriages will henceforth be Shariah compliant.
The aforementioned attempt to extricate himself from his own created snare, is not proof for the fallacy of “Shariah Law” having recognition by the government. Whatever he has rambled in his essay does not even touch on his claim that the consequences of Muslim marriages will henceforth be Shariah compliant.
Anyhow, let us proceed to respond to what the man says above. When the Kufr bill is introduced in February 2023, we and the Muslim community shall examine and refute its every kufr provision, Insha-Allah. It is a forgone conclusion that the KNB will be cluttered with kufr provisions. It is impossible for the Shariah to comply with the requisites of the kufr constitution, and it is the same vice versa.
There is absolutely no meeting point between the two mutually repelling divergent concepts – the Shariah of Allah Azza Wa Jal and the constitution of Taaghoot whose objectives Al Jahannam is peddling and promoting.
The so-called prevention of a ‘catastrophe’ by Al Jahannam is laughable and ludicrous. The entire KNB is a catastrophe from the Islamic perspective. It is simply unacceptable and must be rejected by Muslims.
Mr.Hendricks must necessarily explain his statement: “the definitions of Shariah and a Shariah marriage are the definitions agreed upon by both US and UCCSA…” What are these definitions? It is not possible for any Taaghooti constitution, Taaghhoti court or Taaghhooti government to accept the Qur’aanic and Sunnah definition of the Shariah. The Shariah is Divine Law. It is immutable. It may not be tampered with. A balance cannot be struck between these two opposites. The chasm cannot be bridged.
Any attempt to convey the satanic idea of the Shariah ever accepting any brand of KNB will be a monstrous shaitaani lie – a pernicious canard and deception to hoodwink ignorant Muslims. How can a KNB ever be compliant with the Shariah when the Qur’aan demands that its Law should supersede all laws and concepts?
The Qur’aan emphatically declares:
“Most certainly the Deen (Divine Law) by Allah is ONLY Islam.”
Everything besides the Shariah is from Taaghoot. Al Jahannam party should not waste its time with the attempt to whitewash its KNB to make it palatable and appeasing to Muslims.
A definition of the Shariah which is acceptable in terms of the kufr constitution will NOT be the proper and true definition. The Shariah – the Qur’aanic concept of the Shariah – overrides the country’s constitution. It overrides every kufr Act of law. Is it possible for this Definition of the Shariah to be accommodated by the parliament of Taaghhoot of which Al Jahannam constitutes an insignificant cog to tag along like a leashed poodle?
Mr.Hendricks! You have succeeded to become a constituent of the parliament of Taaghoot. Since you have adopted that path of Jahannam for yourself, remain snug where you are without becoming involved with matters pertaining to the Shariah. The Shariah is definitely not your terrain.
You are again requested to SCRAP AND ABANDON YOUR KUFR NIKAH BILL. DO NOT INTERFERE WITH THE SHARIAH.
WHEN THE KNB IS INTRODUCED NEXT MONTH, IT WILL BE THE WAAJIB OBLIGATION FOR MUSLIMS TO OBJECT AND PROTEST!
