“EQUAL MARRIAGE” IS KUFR WHICH EXCOMMUNICATES FROM ISLAM

The leader of the Scottish National Party in UK Humza Yousaf was asked the question in an interview by a kafirah: “Do you think gay sex is a sin?” Humza replied: “I believe in equal marriage.” He then expanded saying that he did not believe gay marriage is inferior to a heterosexual marriage.
He then had the audacity to claim he is Muslim & that his personal faith is not the basis of legislation.
He was then asked again: “Do you believe gay sex is a sin?” He replied: “No. But I can’t change what is in scripture.”
Equally as bad as his kufr is the plethora of so-called “Muslims” making excuses on his behalf, none of which have substantiation in Shari’ah.
We have people saying he was under duress, not even knowing duress is defined in Shari’ah. We have others saying he is practicing Taqiya with the intention of benefiting Muslims in the long run. Again no substantiation. Others say we can’t judge intention but in Deen we will surely judge people from their apparent actions. Others say: “You are not a Mufti.” Every Muslim has to have sufficient ilm to go about their daily lives & the basics of that is to know what excommunicates a Muslim. Nobody whose brain is not vermiculated by nifaq needs a fatwa to know he repeatedly committed kufr intentionally.
Just so we are clear, can you please confirm my understanding is correct? He is a murtad & his nikah is broken.

There is no need to comment further. Every Muslim, even morons, understand that the view of the political chap is such KUFR which expels one from the fold of Islam. The understanding of the Brother is 100% correct.
We are in close proximity to Qiyaamah. Vile beliefs and unnatural immorality are incremental acts of satanism. The stage will yet be reached when the ‘Muslim’ ruler will indulge in zina in the Jaami’ Musjid of Damascus. People will fornicate on the roads in full view of the public and no one will even bat an eye lid. It will be the urf which the miscreant molvis and sheikhs will halaalize.
It will be a time for faces to be disfigured. People will become apes and pigs as predicted by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam).
