“THE ISLAMIC CIVIL COURT OF S.A.” ANOTHER WILD MUSHROOM JOKE

There appears to be a new organisation styling itself: ‘The Islamic Civil Court of S.A.’. In its self-advertisement, it describes itself as follows:
“My Name is Nezamoodien Khan. I am the person who has embarked on establishing this here Islamic Civil Court of Law South Africa. As a Sheikh of Instruction I had received the Instruction to establish this here Court as it was something that was needed in our communities throughout the country.
The project is for the communities, by the communities and of the communities.
Sheikhs, Moulanas, Alims, Alimas, Muftis, Lawyers, Doctors, Social Workers, Educators, Community Workers and the ordinary person is to be employed in this project for the pure pleasure of Allah the Almighty and for the love of our Beloved Nabi Muhammad SAW.
Then there is Sheikh Yusuf Khan who is and adviser and counselor to those who are in need.
The court banch will be served by those in Authority. The people will be represented by once again those who are in Authority.
If matters has to be dealt with out side the Islamic Civil Court of Law South Africa. Note Lawyers will be brought in to take up the matters in the country Court under Contractual Agreements.
We are not here to side line any organization

It has become of paramount importance that an Islamic Civil Court of Law has to be established for the simple reason we had discovered that the Muslim Community and People do not have a voice due to various reasons.

The information provided below is in no way an attack on the Organizations mentioned but the intention is to make the Ummah (Muslim Community) and people aware of facts.
The Jamiatul Ulama South Africa is not the representatives of Muslim Ummah (Muslim Community or People) rather they are the representatives of the Muslim Ulama.
So, too is the Sunni Ulama Council not the representatives of the Muslim Uma (Muslim Community or People) rather they are the representatives of the Muslim Ulama.
So, too is the Muslim Judicial Council being also not the representatives of the Muslim Uma but rather they are the representatives of Muslim Ulama.
Thus, the Islamic Civil Court of Law South Africa is being established to be the mouth piece of The Muslim Uma (Community or People).
It is of paramount importance for the Jamiatul Ulama South Africa, the Sunni Ulama Council and the MJC (Muslim Judicial Council to understand that by the setting up or the establishing of “THE ISLAMIC CIVIL COURT OF LAW SOUTH AFRICA” is to side line any of them but rather creating a humorous working relationship with all parties and organizations. (Perhaps the clown wanted to say ‘not to side line’.)
Thus the Ulama as in (Imams, Alims, Alamas, Moffats, Lawyers, Attorneys, Advocates, Social Workers, Councilors and Mediation Officials will all be part of this legal process in order to establish justice for all Muslims.

Just as the zindeeq bodies mentioned in the advert are not representatives of the Muslim community of South Africa, so too will this new entity which is mushrooming not represent the Muslim community. In fact, it does not represent even a segment of the community. Some lost character appears to be hallucinating and fantasizing. The claim of representing the Muslim community of South Africa displays the stupid bloating ego of non-entities seeking some limelight.
This so-called Islamic Civil Court has no status, neither Islamic nor legal. The high sounding name is full of sound and fury signifying nil. Perhaps morons will be bamboozled by the deceptive appellation. This new wild mushroom is simply another clownish act of hallucinators.
