THE MUNAAFIQ ‘SCHOLARS’ OF ITTIHAADUSH SHAYATEEN WAL JUHALA
Question
Please comment in the light of the Shariah on the actions of Shaykh Ali Qaradaghi and his colleagues who have come to South Africa to urge Muslims to vote for the ANC. In his ‘expression of gratitude’ to the government for having gone to the International Court against Israel, the Shaykh propagated that it is compulsory to vote for the ANC.
The organization this Shaykh represents is called Ittihadul Ulema (Union of Ulama). In its statement of gratitude, citing the Qur’aan, they said: “…God tells us: ‘Do not take My enemies and your enemies as friends and protectors, offering them your love.” They also quote other Qur’aanic verses in support of the call to vote. How should Muslims respond to the call of Qaradaghi?
Answer
This miscreant ‘shaykh’ in addition to being a jaahil, is a Munaafiq. The organization he represents is Ittihaadush Shayaateen wal Juhala (The Union of Devils and Ignoramuses). The ‘enemies’ mentioned in the Aayat this jaahil munaafiq cited refer to all kuffaar, regardless of their hues and persuasions. Kufr is one, single breed regardless of the variegated ideologies of kufr.
Regarding munaafiqeen of the Qaradaghi type, the Qur’aan Majeed states:
“Give the munaafiqeen the tidings of a painful chastisement for them.” (An-Nisaa’, Aayat 138)
Who are the Munaafiqeen in our context? In the very next Verse, Allah Ta’ala describing them says:
“They are those who take the kaafireen as friends besides the Mu’mineen. What! Do they search for honour from them? Verily all Izzat (Honour) belongs to Allah.” (An-Nisaa’, Aayat 139)
This Qaradhagi character stupidly and disgustingly ripped the Qur’aanic Aayat from its context to apply it to the enemies of Allah Ta’ala. Understand well, that all kuffaar are the enemies of Allah Ta’ala. Since kuffaar reject Tauheed, they are the enemies of Allah Ta’ala. In regard to His kuffaar enemies, Allah Ta’ala says:
“Verily, the worst of creatures by Allah are the kuffaar, for they do not have Imaan.” (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 55)
According to Allah Azza Wa Jal, kufr is treason, and all kuffaar are treasonists. Qaradhagi and his gang of juhala are bereft of Imaan, hence they crawl behind the kuffaar seeking honour and boodle.
“You will see those in whose hearts is the disease (of nifaaq and kufr) racing among them (the kuffaar)….” (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 52)
It is his nifaaq which has brought Qardaghi and his juhala clique racing to South Africa to do some bootlicking. It is the way of all munaafiq bootlickers to crawl behind the kuffaar desiring honour and boodle. Allah Ta’ala classifies these munaafiq bootlickers to be of the kuffaar.
“The Mu’minoon should not take the kaafireen as friends besides the Mu’mineen.” (Aal Imraan, Aayat 28)
The Qur’aan Majeed and Ahaadith are replete with warnings against muwaalaat (friendship) with the kuffaar. Imaan and Kufr are mutually repellent concepts. They are poles apart. Never can Imaan and Kufr meet.
Voting is a political system of Taghoot. When a professed Muslim urges Muslims to adopt the system of Taghoot, then it is evidence for him being the agent of Taghoot. Voting is haraam. The only option for Muslims is to repent and reform. The Qur’aan Majeed says: “Verily Allah is the Friend of the Mu’mineen.”
Obedience to Allah Ta’ala is our insurance against calamity and danger.
What is happening in Gaza, is the consequence of disobedience, treason and befriending the enemies of Allah Ta’ala. It is the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. No one, no entity and no stupid International Court can ever aid Muslims and save them from the Punishment of Allah Ta’ala which is being inflicted via the Yahood and Nasaara. Explicitly stating this fact, the Qur’aan Majeed says:
“If Allah aids you, no one can vanquish you, and if He abandons you, then who is there besides Him to help you?”
Seeking aid from the enemies of Allah Ta’ala, namely the kuffaar which includes the Shiahs, is to seek aid from phantoms and mirages. The munaafiqeen have dubious and sinister motives which they seek to attain in the name of Palestine.
