BEWARE OF TAGHOOTI RECOGNITION
A TAGHOOTI TRAP OF AL-JAHANNAM PARTY
The Al-Jahannam political party – the so-called Al Jama-ah – has issued the following statement:
“When presenting one’s nikah certificate (& relevant documents) at an assigned DHA desk (from October 2023),a valid South African marriage certificate will be issued. Since all past nikahs are now legally recognized, the individual whose spouse died has the right to obtain the South African marriage certificate.
Al Jama-ah will be given Parliamentary Constituency space at four DHA offices; 2 in Cape Town, 1 in Durban, and 1 in Johannesburg to ensure that compliance is observed and that the individual has a clear understanding of the process. Its appointed officers will be able to provide pro bono services and advice to the Muslim couples that seek assistance.” (End of Taghoot’s Snare)
The Muslim community is warned to be alert and not to fall into the ‘nikah recognition’ Trap laid by Taghoot’s political party. Taghoot has no qualifications to justify it offering Shariah advice to Muslims.
It is not permissible according to the Shariah to have one’s Nikah subverted by the legal recognition offered by the Party of Taghoot. Such haraam ‘recognition’ cancels ALL Shariah consequences of Nikah and subjugates it to the haraam, oppressive consequences formulated by Taghoot.
It is not a simple issue of mere legal recognition of the Nikah. The Trap of Taghoot is being laid for the imposition of the host of Taghooti conditions stemming from the consequences of legal recognition. These vile consequences are adequately stated in the Draft Marriage Bill and in other Acts of Taghoot.
The offered snare of ‘recognition’ is the chimera for entrapment. Unwary and ignorant Muslims are being lured into the snare of Taghoot by means of the bait of ‘recognition’.
Legal recognition brings in its wake:
- The cancellation of all Shariah consequences stemming from Nikah
- The cancellation of all Shariah consequences when Talaaq takes place
- Usurpation of the husband’s property and assets by the decree of the courts of Taghoot
- Invalidity of the Islamic Will, thus denying Muslims the right to ensure the distribution of their estates in terms of the Shariah.
Do not be deceived by Al-Jahannam’s claim that the ante nuptial property regime will be the consequence of Taghoot’s recognition. This is a mammoth, shaitaani canard. It is a falsity which should be palpably clear to anyone who has some cognizance of the various Taghooti law Acts pertaining to marriages, divorces, maintenance, etc.
Firstly, there is no longer the initial plain concept of ante nuptial regime. While the term has been retained, the concept has been adulterated and mangled beyond recognition, and this applies to even ante nuptial without accrual. The plethora of restrictive clauses and appointing the courts as the final arbiter to decide the ‘best’ way to corrupt and cancel the ante nuptial regime, make nonsense of this concept.
The Al-Jahannam Party of Taghoot should understand that Muslims are not in need of the haraam recognition dangled by Taghoot. There is no attraction for Muslims in the haraam, satanic legal recognition offered by Al-Jahannam. This Al-Jahannam outfit is a grave danger for Muslims. It is worse than all the non-Muslim political parties.
Muslims are not in need of “the South African marriage certificate” with which Al-Jahannam Party entices Muslims into the Trap of Taghoot. Muslims prefer that their legal papers state “never married”. This is acceptable to us. Our Nikahs are registered in Looh-e-Mahfuz in the Seventh Heaven. We are therefore not hankering after recognition offered by those who wallow in Najaasat of all kinds. Taghooti legal recognition which eviscerates the Shariah and denies Muslims the right to administrate their assets in compliance with the Law of Allah Ta’ala, is pure satanism and totally rejected by the Muslim Ummah.
Zindeeq modernists who are actually murtaddeen, who are dissatisfied with the Law of Allah Ta’ala are at liberty to take the road to Jahannam by subjugating themselves to the law of Taghoot.
This Al-Jahannam Party outfit comes fully within the glare and purview of the following Qur’aanic Aayat:
“Verily, most assuredly, We have created numerous jinn kind and mankind specifically for JAHANNAM. They have hearts (and brains) with which they cannot understand. They have eyes with which they cannot see, and they have ears with which they cannot hear. Indeed they are like animals. In fact, they are worse (more astray than animals).” (Al-A’raaf, Aayat 178)
Like animals, they only eat and excrete. They lack intelligent discernment. They are worse than animals because they have allowed their natural bounty of intelligence to become corrupted and convoluted by their base and vile nafsaani desires.
All Ulama bodies, Darul Ulooms and Muslim lawyers should advise Muslims to refrain from casting themselves into the Trap of Taghoot. Legal recognition offered by Al-Jahannam Party is that TRAP.
