The meeting opened up with the 2006 fatwa regarding the debentures by Mufti Saeed Motara. The Nurul islam group said none of the members were present so i rectified it that 2 members are still alive and they were at the meeting Babo Lahori and Saber Akoojee. Then it was resolved that we go back to the iftah at Azaadville for the mediation. The Darul Iftah was phoned to set up a meeting for both parties. 18 days have passed and they have not signed the papers yet . THE ORIGINAL FATWA OF 2006 WAS FOUND IN THE ARCHIVE. The mediation document has not being signed by the Nurul Islam party. They playing games.THE MEDIATOR OF THE JAMIAT PROF RAJAH ALSO DID NOT SIGN.WAITING FOR MEDIATION CERTIFICATE .IT WAS AGREED WHAT MUFTI DECISION WILL BE FINAL.NO RESPONSE.We received a response from Nurul Islam lawyer on 1 DEC 25 That they tried to resolve the matter 5 times.WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE.NO ATTEMPT TO GO TO THE MEDIATION IN AZAADVILLE.ALLAH KNOWS BEST OF THEIR EVIL INTENTION.
Inshallah we will proceed as soon as we get the mediation date without them.ALL THE MONEY MUST BE RETURNED TO ALLAH HOUSE.INSHA ALLAH

The saga pertains to huge amounts of RIBA in which the haraam committee of this Musjid had been dealing. Abu Bakr Ravat is fighting to regain the funds of the Musjid which were satanically mis-manipulated.
