THE HARAAM SAHUC DEBACLE

With regards to Refunding the Accreditation Fee –
- Prospective Hujjaj paid an Accreditation Fee to get their names on the Hajj Accreditation List
- Hujjaj were FORCED TO PAY THIS FEE – to get on the queue to get accredited for Hajj. example: I registered my name for Hajj in 2011. However, my name was NOT added to the Accreditation List – until I paid the Accreditation Fee in April 2014, going for Hajj in 2019.
- When SAHUC was “Facilitating” Hajj – this fee was Non-Refundable
- Now, when SAHUC is dead – its Accreditation List “died” with SAHUC
- Over 20 000 people who paid to be on the Accreditation List need to be Refunded because SAHUC and its Accreditation List are dead and no longer legitimate in facilitating Hajj
- SAHUC could hide behind its Non-Refundable Policy – IF it still was “legitimate” and its Accreditation List was still used.
- By NO fault of Hujjaj – SAHUC fell and died – so it CANNOT hide behind its Non-Refundable Policy any longer.
- The honest thing is to Refund Hujjaj
With regards to SAHUC being a Hajj Operator –
- Over many years, SAHUC was a Haj Facilitator – a “bridge” between Hajj Operators and the Saudi Hajj Ministry
- For the 5 days of Hajj, SAHUC entered in to Memorandum of Agreements (MOA) with various Saudi Service Providers
- For many years, SAHUC had an EXCLUSIVE MONOPOLY to enter in to MOA ‘s with Saudi Service Providers – for the 5 days of Hajj
- SA Hajj Operators were PREVENTED from entering in to these MOA’s
- Furthermore, in the past few years, the Saudi Hajj Ministry invited SAHUC exclusively, to the Hajj Exhibition in Jeddah, where these MOA’s are negotiated and signed.
- Now when SAHUC role as “Hajj Facilitator” has fallen – SAHUC unilaterally redefines its role as a “Hajj Operator.”
- SAHUC UNFAIRLY USES contacts / business relations established as a Hajj Facilitator – as a Hajj Operator. Directly giving SAHUC an Unfair Advantage over many other South African Hajj Operators
- As Hajj Facilitator, SAHUC enjoyed a dominant position. Now, as Hajj Operator, SAHUC enjoys an ABUSE OF ITS DOMINANT POSITION.
- SAHUC as a Hajj Operator exercises an UNFAIR COMPETITION over every SA Hajj Operator
- SAHUC as a Hajj Operator DENIES every other Hajj Operator an equal opportunity to participate fairly as a Hajj Operator
- SAHUC as a Hajj Operator is totally CONTRARY / IN CONFLICT with the Competition Act 89 of 1989
- SAHUC has to be reported to the Competition Commission of SA IMMEDIATELY – and without any further delay
- Hajj Operators should bring an URGENT INTERDICT to prevent SAHUC from acting as Hajj Operator, until the conclusion of the Competition Commission process.

THE NON-REFUNDABLE FEES ON WHICH SAHUC IS SITTING OR WHICH IT HAS DIGESTED, IS FIRE OF JAHANNAM IN THEIR BELLIES. THE ISSUE OF THESE FEES MAY NOT BE SWEPT UNDER THE CARPET AND FORGOTTEN.
SIN DOES NOT BECOME OLD. THE BEING WITH WHOM SAHUC AND ALL ARE DEALING NEVER FORGETS. THE BOOK OF RECORDS DOES NOT FAIL IN ITS RECORDS.
THE HARAAM FUNDS – USURPED AND DIGESTED – WILL STICK IN THEIR THROATS AT THE TIME OF MAUT.
