YASAR ‘al-hanafi’ ANOTHER MURTAD
The world today abounds with Munaafiqeen and Murtaddeen masquerading as Muslims. Recently South Africa was darkened with the evil presence of one such Murtad, namely a chap posing as a Hanafi when in reality he is a Shaitaani munaafiq let loose by Iblees to prey on the Imaan of morons and unwary Muslims.
Among his beliefs of kufr is that kuffaar, even those who blaspheme and insult Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) will go to Jannat. In this regard we repeat our earlier warning which was published about 4 years ago:

Q. The Suffa Institution where Sheikh Zaheer Mahmood teaches has invited Yasir al-Hanafi to teach Aqeedah classes. He teaches that the kuffaar will go to Jannat because he is not obliged to search for the truth. He is not mukallaf.
If a kaafir rejects the truth which is presented to him due to a misconception, he will be forgiven. Someone asked him that if the cartoonists in France will be forgiven. He replied that this is possible according to the mainstream Ash’ari position which he follows. His talks have caused many problems in our community. What is his status in Islam?
A. Undoubtedly, this character is a kaafir. We have never heard of Yasir al-Hanafi nor the Suffa Institution nor of its Sheikh Zaheer. However, what you have explained of him reveals that he is a kaafir masquerading as a Muslim. A character who subscribes to the blatant kufr ideas mentioned by you despite professing to be a Muslim is undoubtedly a Munaafiq destined for the lowest level in Jahannam.
The belief that a kaafir will go to Jannat is kufr. This Yasir is therefore a kaafir for teaching kufr. Whether a kaafir is mukallaf or not is an issue for Allah Ta’ala to decide. Our issue is to only state and believe what Allah’s Shariah commands us. The Qur’aan Majeed is replete with Verses which categorically proclaim everlasting perdition in Hell Fire for the kuffaar. Furthermore, a kaafir is mukallaf in so far as to worship One Creator. This suffices for us. There is no need to ramify into futile details such as the stupidities of the philosophers.
Allah Ta’ala is The Creator. He is Wise, Just and Merciful. We believe there is consensus on these issues among all Believers (Mu’mineen). So, whatever This Just, Merciful, Wise Creator will do with His creatures on the Day of Qiyaamah, whether He admits them to Jannat or condemns them to everlasting residence in Hell Fire, is His Prerogative and it will be His Justice subject to His Wisdom.
It is stupid and satanic for anyone here on earth to decide on behalf of Allah Ta’ala and to fabricate ideas, theories and beliefs for which the only basis is personal opinion. We are required to only believe whatever Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) has taught, and what is said in the Qur’aan Majeed. To traverse beyond this limit is Satanism.
This Yasir’s ideas as explained by you are putrid and extremely corrupt. He will erode and destroy the Imaan of ignorant Muslims. This character does not follow the Ash’ari School. He follows the math-hab of Iblees, hence he teaches Satanism.
Regarding forgiving the cartoonists or any other kaafir or enemy of Islam, the Doors of Forgiveness are perpetually open until the moment when the sun will rise from the west. If the cartoonists seek forgiveness and embrace Islam, they will find Allah Ta’ala Most Merciful and they will be forgiven. But if the Yasir Iblees believes that these vermin will be forgiven without them seeking forgiveness, then his idea is pure shaitaaniyat.
May Allah Ta’ala save ignorant Muslims from the kufr fitnah of Yasir, the agent of Shaitaan.
This Yasar al-Ibleesi is a thorough Iblees in human form. Muslims should understand that Salaat behind this Agent of Shaitaan is not valid. Those who entertain him and who are pleased with him also lose their Imaan. Imaan is our most precious Treasure. Our Najaat (Salvation) in the Aakhirah pivots on Imaan – valid Imaan. Valid Imaan demands 100% entry into the Fold of Islam. Partial acceptance of the Beliefs of Islam is not Valid Imaan. The Qur’aan commands:
“O People of Imaan! Enter unto Islam totally (completely/fully), and do not follow in the footsteps of Shaitaan. Verily he is your declared enemy.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 208)
This Munaafiq, Yasar Al-Ibleesi is among the bootlickers of the Yahood and Nasaara, hence he crawls behind them into the “lizard’s hole” to curry favour with them. Thus, he is constrained to mangle and misinterpret the Aayaat of the Qur’aan to even include the blasphemers and revilers of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) within the scope of Najaat which Allah Ta’ala has reserved for only the Mu’mineen.
The Shariah has ruled that the one who is pleased with kufr is also guilty of kufr. This Murtad should not be allowed to pollute Musjids with his evil presence. Those who have sustained the misfortune of performing Salaat behind him should repeat their Salaat.
