Dear Sir/Madam,

NOTICE TO COMMENCE BUSINESS RESCUE PROCEEDINGS AND NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF BUSINESS RESCUE PRACTITIONERS OF AL MABROOR AGRI (PTY) LTD (IN BUSINESS RESCUE)

You are hereby notified that, in accordance with the provisions of section 131(4)(a) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (as amended) (“the Act”), a court order was granted on 18 February 2025 in terms of which the Company was placed under business rescue proceedings.

Accordingly, the Court Order as contemplated in section 131 of the Act was filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission on 21 February 2025.

Mr Zaheer Cassim and Mr Sean Christensen were appointed as the Business Rescue Practitioners on 18 February 2025 in terms of the Court Order.

In accordance with the requirements of section 129(3)(a) and 129(4)(b) of the Act, we attach copies of the following documents:

4.1. the notice to commence business rescue proceedings, form CoR123.1;

4.2. a copy of the Court Order granted on 18 February 2025;

4.3. the notice of appointment of the Business Rescue Practitioners.
