OUR ANNOUNCEMENT – NO ONE IS UNDER OBLIGATION TO ACCEPT
While the Mujlisul Ulama of S.A. has accepted the sighting in Grobblershoop and announced that Eid will be on Friday 31st July, 2020, we do clarify that no one is under Shar’i obligation to accept our determination and announcement.
Those who are not contented to accept our announcement are at liberty – Shar’i liberty – valid liberty – to have Eid on Saturday. The sighting of one place while valid for another place if the news reaches by Tareeq-e-Moojib, is not binding on the people of the other place.
However, it is necessary for us to clarify the shaitaani undercurrent which the molvis in general are submitting to. The controversy was initiated by a MUNAAFIQ, the Reverend Abraham Bham, the friend of the kuffaar court, the Enemy of Allah Ta’ala. His fisq, fujoor, bid’ah and kufr shenanigans in general are not hidden from the Ulama – those Ulama who believe themselves to be Ulama-e-Haqq. Thus, if these Ulama are acting on the basis of the statements made by the Munaafiq, then they should understand that they too are agents of Iblees.
We, therefore, advise such Ulama who are deciding or who have decided to have Eid on Saturday, to reflect and search their hearts and try to fathom why they will be having Eid on Saturday. They will not fail to understand that it is on the basis of the shaitaani confusion created by the Munaafiq Bham character. They will have to answer on the Day of Qiyaamah. Salaam on those who follow the guidance of Allah Ta’ala.
