THE FALSEHOOD AND FALLACY OF THE GOVERNMENT HAVING RECOGNIZED THE SHARIAH CONSEQUENCES OF NIKAH AND TALAAQ

Please comment on Al-Jama’s circular which claims that the authorities have recognized the validity of Shariah marriages and that the Shariah consequences of Nikah have also been recognized. The political party claims that “The Shariah is now part of South African Law”. Is this true? Is there any semblance of reality in these claims?

 

ANSWER AND COMMENT

When a man’s affiliation with the Deen is a mere mirage and when his life is seeped in haraam, then in old age he becomes the victim of senility. He becomes an imbecile brain wise. That is why Mr.Ganief Hendricks has excreted the absolute nonsense that “The Shariah is now part of South African Law.” Even the baboons in Cape Town dwelling on Table Mountain mock the brains of this man for the absolute ludicrous nonsense he has disgorged.

What he has claimed is FALSE. Let him prove his stupid claims. This government has NOT recognized even one single Law of the Shariah. Mr.Ganief’s claim is scandalously deceptive. Let him spell out what has this government recognized of the Shariah. We shall then further demolish the rubbish he excretes from his mouth without application of the brains. In fact vermiculated brains are incapable of constructive application. Cognitive dissonance has caused his brains to explode.

Muslims should not fall into the deception of political chancers who make loud claims in the name of the Shariah when they lack the expertise in even the sphere of proper Istinja.
