THE HARAAM AMAANAT HOLDING INVESTMENT DEBACLE
Amaanat Holding Investment was a haraam riba entity doomed for failure, collapse and destruction from the very inception. That numerous small fry investors such as widows, pensioners and the like would all drown with the haraam suicide sinking of the haraam riba company was a forgone understanding of those who had some intelligence. Furthermore, despite there having been precedents of similar haraam company debacles to act as deterrence for indulgence in such haraam investment, greed induced people to recklessly invest with the haraam Amaanat riba company.
While the numerous small investors are up in arms and condemning the Fat Cats of Amaanat Holding Investment, they have forgotten the role of the miserable molvis who had halaalized Amaanat. Just as they are today demanding the Fat Cats to pay, so too should they direct their ire at the molvis who had goaded them to invest in the haraam donkey company.
Most people who had invested and are now lamenting, had invested on the basis of the ‘halaal’ assurances ignorantly proffered by the miscreant molvis who are partners with the Fat Cats in the debacle which has culminated in loss for numerous small shareholders.
The Fat Cats in charge of the affairs of this Haraam Riba Donkey company have absolutely no care for the Shariah. Their only criterion is the BOODLE regardless of it being haraam for them to cling to the assets and sit on it like a hen on eggs in the hope of eking out millions for their pockets under an array of donkey expenses legitimized in terms of the kuffaar laws regulating the affairs of donkey companies.
Offering the unfortunate widows and pensioners R540 per share is not the solution. Since these miserable Fat Cats, most of them being on the verge of the Grave, do claim to be Muslims, it devolves on them to resolve the necrotized affairs of the miserable haraam riba company in accordance with the Shariah.
Their claim has all along been that the company is a halaal Shirkat (Partnership) venture. As such they are supposed to resolve the fracas Islamically.
The only way of bringing the damaged wreck to shore is to terminate and bury the company. Dispose of all the assets and pay the shareholders. The attempt to bypass the Shariah by underhand manipulation of the kuffaar laws governing the donkey company will not pay dividends, neither here in this dunya nor in the Aakhirah. In the Aakhirah these Fat Cats will be hauled disgracefully in the Divine Court to account for their shenanigans and the usurpation of the funds of the shareholders. There will be no escape in the Aakhirah, and there will be no donkey laws to permit concealment and escape.
The Fat Cats must understand that the Boodle will not assist them in the Qabr. On the contrary, the boodle will appear in the most hideous form of Athaab to cling to them for the entire duration of Barzakh. Then after Barzakh will come the phase of Qiyaamah with Jahannam.
