RE: ASHRAFUL AID
BASELESS VINDICATION FOR FLAGRANT HARAAM ACTIVITIES
The Majlis has received several letters attempting to vindicate Ashraful Aid. The lack of intelligence of the writers clearly demonstrates the subjectivity of their defence of something which is Islamically indispensible, viz., the flagrant commission of haraam by Ashraful Aid.
The premises on which The Majlis basis its criticism which is nothing but pure Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahy Anil Munkar, which is a Waajib obligation upon us commanded by the Shariah, consists of the following factual haraam shenanigans:
- Women are entertained at ‘iftaar burger meals’ at different venues.
- Purdah is brutally eliminated. There is no segregation between the sexes.
- The females dress shamefully, and to aggravate their shamelessness
they perpetrate it in Auspicious Month of Ramadhaan.
- “Moulana Suhail has pictures of people and posts videos of himself on a continuous basis.”
These constitute the basis of our criticism. This basis was provided by the Brother about whom the several writers have severely made gheebat.
Their vindication of Ashraful Aid does not deal with even one of the four abovementioned facts. They have despicably acquitted themselves by resorting to pure GHEEBAT. They enumerated his numerous sins. Their outpouring dealt with only the alleged sins of the Brother. But we are not interested in his personal sins and any family feud there may be.
The washing of the dirty and filthy linen which the writers of the e-mails have resorted to should be dealt with in privacy in the family. The private sins of people may not be publicized. They have to learn to be objective, and not give vent to nafsaani dictates.
If the four aforementioned facts provided by the Brother are incorrect or false, they should confine themselves to the facts and point out if these facts are true or false.
If the factual position is not as the Brother has explained, then they will have a valid defence for Ashraful Aid. There is no need for exposing the private sins of the Brother. It is of no interest to us. It is haraam to indulge in gheebat. Understand well that gheebat is a true statement about a person made in his absence, and which would pain him if he is informed of it (of his sin, etc.)
Our interest is in the facts. Has the Brother spoken the truth about the shenanigans of Ashraful Aid or has he lied? Are the four above enumerated charges factual or false?
No.1 How can Ashraful Aid who claims to be a Muslim entity entertain females at ‘iftaar burger parties’, specifically during Ramadhaan when it is not permissible for them to go to even the Musjid for Salaat?
No.2 Gross violation of Purdah is an incumbent consequence of female emergence for participating in merrymaking outside the home environment. And, this merrymaking is extremely vile since it happens at the extra-auspicious moment of Iftaar when Allah Ta’ala descends to the First Sama’, and calls out to His fasting servants. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “There are two moments of happiness for the Saa-im (Fasting person): At the time of Iftaar and at the time of meeting his Rabb.”
But Ashraful Aid in brutal and violent conflict with Allah Ta’ala at the time of Iftaar entertains women in the public domain – women who emerge in various states of ‘zina’. Are these people Muslims?
No.3 The dress or zina dress-style in total violation of the Tafil state, when real cause demands their emergence, testifies for the kufr of the women and of the Ashraful Aid workers who are all complicit in the shaitaaniyat of ruining further the morals of women.
No.4 The indulgence of the Molvi in haraam pictography brings him within the purview of the Hadith: “The worst-punished on the Day of Qiyaamah will be the picture-makers.” The Nusoos on the Hurmat of pictures are numerous and well known. There is no faasiq/faajr Molvi who is ignorant of these Nusoos. Their flagrant public indulgence in such Kabeerah sins without a twinge of conscience, casts grave suspicions on their Imaan.
