IN SHAR’I ISSUES THE WORD OF NON-MUSLIMS IS NOT VALID
Confirmation of the hilaal, declaration of Ramadhan and Eid are Shari Issues. In matters of Shar’i import, the word/testimony of non-Muslims is not valid, hence unacceptable. The word of Munaafiqs is on an even lower category of rejection.
The MUJLISUL ULAMA OF S.A. has accepted the Declaration of the 1st Zul Hijjah announced by the Northern Cape Jamiatul Ulama.
Contradicting the Hilaal Confirmation by the Northern Cape Jamiatul Ulama, a non-Muslim, Reverend Abraham Bham, the Cross-Worshipper, has initiated a controversy.
It is necessary to maintain focus on the fact that Bham is a MUNAAFIQ, hence his views, opinions and statements on Shar’i matters are rejected with scorn and contempt. His claim does not dent in any way the validity of Eidul Adha being on Friday 31 July 2020.
