PROTEST MARCHES, DEMONSTRATIONS AND THE CORRUPT ‘FATWA’ OF BHAYAT
Zubair Bhayat of Darush Shaitaan (so-called Darul Ihsan) has issued a corrupt fatwa on the issue of kuffaar protest marches, demonstrations and the like. This wayward maajin mufti has abortively attempted to bolster his corrupt fatwa with the name of Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) whose statement/fatwa on this issue the miscreant has not presented. He merely says that according to Hadhrat Thanvi protests of this kuffaar type are ‘mubah’
These are the types of ‘muftis’, molvis and sheikhs whom Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) “feared more than Dajjaal”. They mislead Muslims with blatant LIES brazenly attributing their falsehood to great Ulama. With the word mubah Mr.Bhayat connived to obfuscate the issue which is readily comprehensible to even laymen. Every Muslim who happens to have pure Imaan and no evil worldly and nafsaani motive understands that it is absolutely impossible for Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) to have said that the current kinds of kuffaar demonstrations impregnated with a variety of kabaa-ir sins are mubah (permissible).
In fact, according to Hadhrat Thanvi, a woman who writes a valid article on the Deen should not append her name. She should not advertise even her name. This is the degree of Purdah advocated by Hadhrat Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh). Hadhrat Thanvi said that 6 year old girls should be in Purdah. How could Hadhrat ever have said that these satanic demonstrations and protests cluttered with haraam are mubah? This vile maajin character has shamelessly LIED and sought to mislead Muslims by confusing them with a grossly false attribution to Hadhrat Thanvi.
The following are some of the fundamental constituents of Kuffaar demonstrations, marches, walks and street protests:
- Intermingling of sexes – zina intermingling – zina of a variety of kinds
- Complete abandonment of Purdah
- Haraam photography, videography
- Dancing, jumping and prancing like apes
- Shouting, screaming and excreting epithets and vulgarity
- Burning effigies and flags
- Missing Salaat
- Blocking roads
- Harassing, threatening and coercing others
- Vandalism – burning and damaging property
- , etc., etc.
Never ever did Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) aver that these kuffaar style protests and demonstrations are mubah. The deviate should present his proof for his LIE. While the maajin ‘mufti’ makes reference to these concomitant evils and sins, his zigzag stupid ‘fatwa’ is designed to provide permissibility for the current shaitaani kinds of protests and demonstrations, hence he mentions the term mubah which he has gleaned from a statement of Hadhrat Thanvi – a statement which has absolutely no relevance to the kind of haraam satansim prevailing today.
In his answer to the question on this issue, Bhayat says:
“Expressing solidarity and support for oppressed people in any part of the world is a noble act, more so if the oppressed happen to be Muslims.”
Our comment
Expressing ‘solidarity’ is not the issue. Its ‘nobility’ and goodness are not the issues. The issue is the haraam forms of demonstrations for expressing solidarity. Islam does not permit haraam acts – kabeerah sins – to be legitimate for expressing solidarity. Solidarity has to be expressed in halaal ways. Among these ways are:
- Making Dua
- Repenting for sins
- Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahy Anil Munkar
- Offering naseehat to the punished people – punished by Allah Ta’ala for their wanton fisq, fujoor and kufr
- Providing material assistance wherever possible. (Be alert! Today all collections for Palestine are bogus. There is no way of delivering the funds to Palestine. Crooks, thieves and robbers are manipulating the Palestine issue to line their haraam pockets with boodle.)
- Taa-at (Obedience to the Shariah) and Ibaadat (Worship).
These are the ways of Islam. The ways of the kuffaar are abhorred by Islam. Never is it permissible for Muslims to participate in the hollow, miserable and haraam forms of demonstrations in which morons are indulging today.
Mr.Bhayat says in his corrupt fatwa:
“Allah is Just and He has made oppression Haraam for Himself, so how would He ever allow it for another?”
Our comment
Abstention from baboonic and haraam protests is not condonation of oppression. While this wayward character says that oppression is Haraam, which very Muslim and every kaafir know, he does not mention the Haraam activities of these protests which for him are permissible. He cunningly couches his stupid fatwa with terms to convey permissibility for the protests which are a conglomerate of sins and obscenities.
Just why did this chap ask: “so how would He ever allow it for another?” Did anyone claim that Allah Ta’ala allows oppression? The inference to be drawn from this stupidly cunning statement is that – Nauthubillah! Allah Ta’ala is allowing the kuffaar to oppress the Palestinians and other segments of the Ummah because it is undeniable that Allah Ta’ala is The One Who is allowing the kuffaar to oppress Muslims. This is a form of Athaab. Only a zindeeq or a munaafiq will deny this Qur’aanic Truth.
Allah Ta’ala is in control. No one can act without His Decree. It is Allah Ta’ala Who is punishing Muslims. But to infer that this Divine Punishment is ‘oppression’ is kufr. Refraining from participation in haraam activities is not ‘allowing oppression’. It is not condonation of oppression. Abstention from participating in haraam is subservience to the Shariah of Allah Ta’ala.
The miscreant says:
“Islam imbues Muslims with a keen sense of love for justice and hatred for injustice. The Muslim therefore instinctively identifies with the suffering of an oppressed people or nation. The Qur’an and Hadith is replete with injunctions on this subject.”
Our comment
Muslim love for justice and hatred for injustice does not induce the Muslim to resort to gross violation of the Law of Allah Ta’ala. We do not identify with the suffering in ways which are haraam and inspired by Iblees. While The Qur’aan and Hadith are replete with injunctions pertaining to justice and oppression, these Two basis of the Shariah are also replete with injunctions to abstain from haraam; to remain aloof of the kuffaar; to shun the haraam ways and attitudes of the kuffaar, and to beware of our avowed enemy, Iblees.
The miscreant mufti with this zigzag averment seeks to halaalize the current forms of protests. It is simply one more of his bootlicking stunt fatwas designed to appease the kuffaar and the juhala.
Then he says:
“In today’s world, the mode of expressing indignation and outrage against oppression assumes many forms. Among these is the practice of holding demonstrations, protest marches, rallies, vigils and so forth.”
Our comment
Any mode which is in conflict with the Shariah – which induces Muslims to perpetrate haraam acts is Haraam. Regardless of the perceived benefits in the modes of the kuffaar, the Qur’aan and the Sunnah oblige us to shun such modes. This dunya is the arena for conflict between Haqq and baatil, halaal and haraam. In any such conflict Imaan demands that we shun whatever is haraam and whatever is displeasing to Allah Ta’ala and whatever will damage our Aakhirat. Confound the satanic modes! Adhere to the Modes of Islam.
Making a slanderous claim, the shaitaanul ins character makes the following false attribution to Hadhrat Thanvi:
“For a Muslim to express detestation for injustice and solidarity with the oppressed in the form of protest marches, etc. is allowed. Hazrat Thanwi (R) has deemed these to be mubah (permitted) acts – refer “Hakimul-Ummat ke Siyasi Afkaar” by Mufti Taqi Usmani p.60.”
Our comment
This is a LIE. Hadhrat Thanvi never condoned the haraam demonstration practices in vogue today. The chap should present the whole text of Hadhrat Thanvi. He never “deemed these to be mubah.” “These” kinds of demonstrations which are cluttered with haraam are never mubah, and Hadhrat Thanvi never said that “these” demonstrations are mubah.
Seeking to support his acceptance of these haraam protests, the miscreant says:
“In a recent ruling, the eminent scholar, Mufti Taqi Usmani Sahib has also intimated that if the demonstration was not for any impermissible cause then it is permissible.”
This is another zigzag excretion. Firstly, even if the demonstration is for a permissible cause, then too it is haraam if it is accompanied by haraam practices as are all these demonstrations. The ‘eminent scholar’ has not commented on the haraam methods – on the kabeerah sins – committed in these demonstrations. With their zigzag stupid fatwas do they pull wool over the eyes of the people.
Regardless of the validity, nobility and goodness of a cause, the methods of acquisition may not be haraam. The haraam methodology and the sins will not make the demonstrations halaal.
It serves no purpose for the maajin muftis to say that dancing and zina are haraam and that these acts should not be committed. They are fully aware that all kuffaar style demonstrations are impregnated with kabeerah sins. The need is to vigorously state that these demonstrations, protests and the like are HARAAM. The fatwa has to incumbently embrace the current issues, not hallucinate on non-existent factors for zigzagging a fatwa of permissibility which only confuses and misleads the unwary and the ignorant.
