THE BUNKUM OF “FIQH FOR MINORITIES”
QUESTION
Jusa (i.e. the NNB jamiat of Fordsburg) has issued an article, Fiqh for Minorities, authored by one Muhammad Haffejee. Among the disturbing aspects of this article are the following:
(a)The author gives out that he is a Mujtahid qualified to scrutinize and comment critically on the Ahkaam formulated by the Aimmah Mujtahideen of the Salafus Saaliheen era.
(b) The early Fuqaha despite not having recognized the so-called ‘fiqh for minorities’ were nevertheless influenced in their fatwas by the principles and objectives of this ‘fiqh’.
(c) This fiqh for minorities finds expression in a variety of subjects, e.g. family law, commercial institutions, civil service, voting, animal slaughter, etc.
Please comment on this article. Does it have any Shariah validity?
ANSWER
In fact, it has no Shar’i credibility, leave alone validity. It is a rubbish compilation by modernist morons and liberals who are all agents of the Kufr interfaith movement which has been designed to scuttle the Deen by way of satanic misinterpretation of the Qur’aan and Hadith. They are now embarking on this new devilish ‘fiqh for minorities’ idea which is their subterfuge for promoting interfaith kufr in the community. This shaitaani ‘fiqh’ is designed for subtle and cunning introduction of interfaith kufr.
What the morons have averred in their stupid article is pure bunkum devoid of Shar’i substance. There is no such silly branch as ‘fiqh for minorities’ in Islam. There is only one Fiqh – the Fiqh of Islam – the Fiqh of the Qur’aan and Ahaadith, which is the complete Shariah which was finalized and perfected during the very age of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam).
The Fuqaha have formulated all the principles requisite for all future contingency and expediencies which will develop until the Last Day. Not an iota of life for Muslims has been omitted from the Divine Fiqh formulated by the Fuqaha-e-Mutaqaddimeen on the basis of the Qur’aan and Hadith. Those who are fabricating new ideologies and concepts are the illegitimate progeny of Iblees, Mardood, La-een, and so are they all. Nothing new is required. Every new idea and concept are pure satanism which the zindeeqs at the behest of Iblees camouflage with some Islamic colours.
Placing the seal of completion and perfection of the Fiqh of Islam as transmitted to us down Islam’s long corridor of fourteen centuries, the Qur’aan Majeed declares:
“This Day have I perfected for you your Deen and completed for you My Favour and have chosen Islam for you as Deen.”
Thus ‘fiqh for minorities’ is the fiqh of Iblees. The very fact that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) informed the Ummah that the Age of Ijtihaad is limited to the Fuqaha of the first three eras of Islam (the Khairul Quroon), is more than adequate evidence to confirm the rubbish of this ‘fiqh for minorities’ concept frauded and fabricated by morons who masquerade as Ulama. These scoundrels dig out from the Qur’aan Majeed just any Verse, then mutilate it with their stercoracious manner of thinking to provide a product of kufr portrayed with some Islamic hue by means of terminologies which they suck from their thumbs for making their kufr concepts appeasing to ignoramuses, that is such juhala who have lost their Imaan at university or by some other satanic manipulation of their brains or those who are pursuing worldly and nafsaani objectives in the name of the Deen.
Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), on the topic of limiting Ijtihad to the first three eras of Islam, said:
“Honour my Sahaabah, for verily they are the noblest of you, then those after them, then those after them. Thereafter KIZB (falsehood and lies) will become prevalent.”
In another Hadith Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) mentioned that after these three ages, ‘obesity and love for obesity’ will flourish. Falsehood and Obesity these are the salient characteristics of these modernist, zindeeq, juhhaal ‘scholars’ who specialize in devouring haraam and Mushtabah food and in excreting. They are bereft of Taqwa and Roohaaniyat. Thus, their vermiculated brains and darkened hearts are receptive to only inspirations from Iblees. About these human devils who fabricate concepts in negation of the completed and perfected Shariah of Islam, the Qur’aan Majeed states:
“Thus, have We made for every Nabi such enemies who are human devils and jinn devils. They whisper adorned statements (their concepts of kufr and satanism) to one other deceptively.
There is absolutely no room in Islam for any new brand of ‘fiqh’. All such new concepts are inspirations of shaitaan who employs a myriad of human devils such as the author of this stupid article, to be his agents who are engaged in digging up the foundations of Islam and dismantling the Divine Shariah brick by brick.
May Allah Ta’ala destroy these vermin who are gnawing at the fabric of Islam.
