These known Aalims continually over many years to date covered up and brushed under the carpet the sexual crimes of the Perpetrator.
The Testimonies of over a dozen boys, victims of the Perpetrator, proved without a shadow of doubt the many years the crimes committed by the sexual offender on minor boys.
The parents of the Victims were persuaded and discouraged by these Aalims, so-called community leaders, from reporting these crimes to the FCS and South African authorities.
These Aalims, due to being Heads of Al Hilaal Organization and Masjid Noor Durban, shielded their own for many years to date, covering up the vicious, despicable, sinful sexual crimes of the Perpetrator. They even stooped to the lowest level of morality blaming the minor boys of consenting to be sexually groomed.
To avoid disrepute, disgrace and loss of funding for their organization, they swept every reported sexual crime of the Perpetrator under the carpet.
A Markaz Head of many Tablighi Jamaats from within South Africa and abroad were accomplices to these sinful sexual grooming of minor boys committed by the Perpetrator.
I urge all parents to be vigilant and safeguard their minor boys from becoming the prey and victims of these sexual maniacs and predators. There are many more under the guise of being ‘Maulanas’. Be wary of the shielding corrupt Aalims and Heads like those of Al Hilaal and Masjid Noor Durban.

The carpet can no longer contain the mountain of filth which is now emitting such foul odours which knock the community into shock. It is indeed utterly surprising, in fact astonishing, that those who had covered up the immoral villainy and felony of the Perpetrator for years whilst the maniacal offender continued with his vile perpetrations, dwelled in the deception of the lid on the immoral powder keg always remaining sealed, and that their identities will remain concealed.
They should hang their heads in shame and resign from their posts of trusts for having actively condoned the immoral perpetrations of the maniacal Perpetrator. Their cover-up renders them complicit in aiding and abetting the Perpetrator in the commission of his misdeeds of the vilest kind.
While covering up and concealing the sins of Muslims is also incumbent and an act of thawwab, in this case it is otherwise. These trustees and molvis had not merely covered up the sins of the Perpetrator, they had actually presented him a licence to continue with his filth, immorality, perversion and flagitious villainy by retaining his service. Thus they are all complicit in the crimes of the Perpetrator.
Their cover up would have had Shar’i validity, if they had immediately upon having been made aware, dismissed the Perpetrator, terminate the haraam Youth Programs and institute stringent measures to avoid repetition of the acts of sexual perversion by new staff employed, be the new ustaadh a Buzrug of high calibre. No one has the right to trust his own nafs. It is Waajib for even a Buzrug and Shaikh to adopt measures which will save them from becoming the victims of the nafs and Iblees.
In addition, it was necessary for the concerned trustees of these Musjids to have discretely advised all the Islamic institutions of the Perpetrator so that no Madrasah/Musjid would enlist his services. Such a Perpetrator should never be trusted; children should not be in his care; he should not teach at a Madrasah, and he should not be given the platform of Imaamate at any Musjid or Jamaat Khaanah.
The Trustees would have had valid Shar’i reason for covering up only if they had adopted the measures stated above.
Reporting such incidents to the kuffaar authorities is not an option. The community should deal with such offenders internally even if a whipping is necessitated.
These vile diseases are prevalent in many Madrasahs, and all trustees invariably are guilty of the crimes of covering up and retaining the services of the perverted maniacs. In the long term Allah Ta’ala disgraces them. And, the reason for public disgrace, is that the criminals have no intention of Taubah and reformation. Their intention is to continue with their perversion, hence Allah Ta’ala disgraces them. Hadhrat Yahya Bin Muaaz (Rahmatullah alayh) said:
“He who is treacherous to Allah in privacy, Allah will rip off his mask (of villainy) in public.”
May Allah Ta’ala protect us all from the evils of our nafs and the snares of Iblees.
