THE HAQQ DOES NOT NEED HARAAM MEDIA DEFENCE
A Sister who was formerly on one of the haraam internet media, was guided by Allah Ta’ala to abandon the haraam facebook activity. In this regards she writes:
“As salaamualaikum
Today a friend of mine sent me some screen shots of the type of behavior that this so-called Islamic page on Facebook which claims to be a family run page outing the ulema-e-soo. This family run page is run by a man and his wife. His wife and all their family members have Islamic sounding names on Facebook and they troll everyone and band together and attack and humiliate people – all in the name of Islam.
Please note that Al kaatibah – is the wife’s profile with which she interacts with both men and women – yet claims that the husband replies to males and she replies to females. This defies all logic since, on the face of it – a woman is engaging both genders with the same attitude, and level of rudeness. In addition, the husband has his own male account (they both have multiple accounts actually which they use to troll people and comments with). “Ask goramota” is one of his profiles and Al Qawareer is another profile.
I have since deleted all my stuff from Facebook, but this gang is notorious for their insults and behavior “in the name of Islam” on Facebook and a friend of mine who witnessed so much of this sent me these screenshots. They have even attacked ulama. ……………………
How very manipulative to complain TO YOU that I post pictures with make up (so you may form a certain opinion of me) yet tell others to put on make up on!

A lot of these people who claim to be on the deen are so nasty, arrogant, and will literally look down at us because they believe their efforts to be better Muslims OUTWARDLY only, make them better than us and they get to judge us on what is apparent. They have the hardest, filthiest hearts and this is shown in this woman’s speech on Facebook. What is your TRUE character can only be hidden by a scarf and hijab for so long! I really feel like something needs to be done about this. Again and again the real Islamic message is lost because the people behind the message treat other Muslims like they are animals instead of people. With Salaams.”

In the very first instance, the Haqq and the Ulama-e-Haqq are not at all in need of facebook defence. Facebook and all similar internet media are haraam. These are all pages of Shaitaan. Some persons who may have initiated a facebook programme to defend the Ulama-e-Haqq, only end up enmeshed in the tentacles of Iblees.
Their comments in ‘defence’ of the Ulama border on obscenity, and brazenly display contempt for sinners. The efficacy and value of Naseehat are ruined with the kind of contemptuous epithets and comments disgorged by the facebook ‘defenders’ of the Haqq. Instead of being a benefit, they achieve the opposite.
It is not permissible to take up an office in a brothel or in a casino and to use it as a platform for defending the Haqq. Facebook, etc. are in the same category as casinos and brothers, in fact, these media are worse. It has ruined the entire Ummah.
The Deen is pure and sacred. It does not require haraam media for its defence. Allah Ta’ala is our Defender. We are not in need of facebook ‘defence’.
The terminology and methodology of the facebook ‘warriors’ testify for their pride and arrogance. Holding others in contempt is dangerous for one’s Imaan. It is mentioned in the Hadith:
“He who taunts his brother (Muslim) with a sin shall not die
unless he also commits that same sin.”
The ‘epithetology’ of the facebook ‘defenders’ of the Ulama-e-Haqq reveals that they are suffering from the malady of ujub (self-esteem) and takabbur (pride) which constrain them to hold sinners in contempt. It will be salubrious for them to reflect on the episode mentioned in the Hadith about a prostitute who was forgiven merely because she gave a thirsty dog some water to drink. She will be in Jannat whilst many outwardly pious people will be in Jahannam, and that will be on account of their pride and arrogance which constrained them to despise the sinners while the humility and remorse of the prostitute secured Jannat for herself.
There is probably no moral sin worse than takabbur. It is this malady which destroyed Azaazeel and transformed him into Iblees.
Our advice for these facebook ‘warriors’ is to close shop. Get off the haraam media. You are not serving a valid or a constructive purpose for the Deen. You are not gaining any thawaab. On the contrary, you are ruining your Imaan and courting the Wrath of Allah Ta’ala. May Allah Ta’ala protect us against the evils of our nafs and the snares of Iblees. Iblees approaches even via ‘deeni’ channels to destroy us.
In bygone times there was an outwardly very pious woman. Opposite her home lived a prostitute. This very pious lady would sit at the window of her house and count the men entering the prostitute’s house from whence she was plying her evil trade. It was the practice of the pious lady to drop one pebble in a jar for each man who entered the brothel operated by the prostitute.
After sometime when the jar was full of pebbles, she decided to count and to ascertain the number of men with whom the prostitute had fornicated. This was her final fatal error. She began counting the pebbles. As she reached the last pebble, she suddenly perceived a massive change in herself. With shock and fear she discovered she had become pregnant. Her stomach was bloated as if she had been pregnant for months. In this manner was she disgraced. Her piety was effaced by the villainy of the contempt she had for the prostitute. Therefore, brothers and sisters of facebook, BEWARE!!! Close shop!!!. May Allah Ta’ala grant you the taufeeq. Was-salaam
