Part Twelve THE KNB (KUFR NIKAH BILL)
THE TRANSPARENT DECEPTION OF AL-JAHANNAM PARTY
In a desperate attempt to wriggle out from the stupid corner into which he has painted himself, Mr.Hendricks of Al Jahannam party, lamely and most apologetically and FALSELY whimpers:
“Let it be categorically stated that the Bill is not the codification of Shari’ah marriage law that UCCSA wanted; they would, however, have the opportunity to present it to the One Statute Marriage Bill that was drafted to be discussed by cabinet. Unlike UUCSA, MUSA wanted no bill; its leadership. Moreover, hastily prepared an inter-faith marriage Bill (‘MUSA Bill’ with all the bells and whistles). When one closely reflects upon the drafted ‘MUSA Bill’, it is quite obvious that it did not prevent a proliferation of court cases from harming the Shari’ah or impacting negatively on it; if this bill is opted for, then the next generation of Muslims will have to struggle with several (unforeseen) problematic socio-legal issues; and this is what we should avoid at all costs.”
Firstly, this Hendricks fellow had loudly cackled:
- Shariah law is recognized by the government
- The consequences of Muslim marriages will henceforth be Shariah compliant.
Secondly, whatever this misguided political opportunist says in the aforementioned averment about a “MUSA BILL” is a massive, confounded SHAITAANI LIE. It is false from beginning to end. Something satanic had transpired in his brains to enable him to so shamelessly put such a monstrous LIE into print. We defy this miserable politician to publish our so-called ‘MUSA BILL’ which Iblees has inspired him to hallucinate. We re-iterate that this most unfortunate and miserable man is guilty of a monstrous devilish LIE which he is satanically attributing to us. Earlier he had said that his hallucinated bill attributed to us was the ‘Desai Bill’. Now it has become the ‘Musa Bill’. The fellow flounders in his own state of confusion which has resulted in mental explosion.
Thirdly, he now concedes albeit with much deception that the “shariah” about which he had cackled is not the Shariah of the Qur’aan and Sunnah. It is a shaitaani ‘shariah’ of his own imagination, and the utilization of the term ‘shariah’ is calculated for misleading ignorant and unwary Muslims. Confirming what we have concluded, the miserable politician, proud of the law of Taaghoot of which he has become a miserable, puny exponent, says:
“Let it be categorically stated that the Bill is not the codification of Shari’ah marriage law that UCCSA wanted;”
Even the conception of the ‘shariah’ proffered by bogus UUCSA which is another one of shaitaan’s helpers and agents, does not conform to the Shariah. When the Hendricks character concedes that even the diluted baatil sample of bogus UUCSA’s ‘shariah’ is not acceptable to the government of Taaghoot, then he has committed self-immolation with the falsehood that:
- Shariah law is recognized by the government
- The consequences of Muslim marriages will henceforth be Shariah compliant.
When a Muslim speaks of the Shariah, he understands that it is the Divine Shariah – the Shariah of the Qur’aan and Sunnah – the Shariah which has reached us by means of reliable and authentic transmission from the Salafus Saaliheen of the era of Khairul Quroon. Shariah is not what bogus UUCSA, the NNB jamiat and the Carrion and Pork Halaalizing MJC have satanically conceived and fabricated. And what Hendricks has understood and what he means by the Shariah is what his jeem ( ) connotes, namely Jahannam.
Mr.politician! Our sincere advice is that you should refrain from interfering in the Shariah and from any issue which affects the Muslim community. Your conduct and your baatil and haraam ideology fabricated to bootlick the women’s legal centre and its likes, has rendered you totally person’a non grata. From the Islamic perspective you are an epistasis who is relegated into the domain of perpetual spiritual quarantine until the shaitaaniyat in you has been eliminated by means of Taubah and renewal of Imaan. If you fail in expurgating yourself from the kufr of mis-manipulating the Shariah, then open your ears and hear what the Qur’aan Majeed says about your likes:
“Soon shall We brand him on his snout.” (Al-Qalam, Aayat 16)
When the Shariah of Allah Ta’ala was explained by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), one of the worst enemies of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), viz., Waleed bin Mugheerah, derisively commented: “Fables of the folk of the past!” This fellow had an extraordinarily large nose, hence the Qur’aanic epithet, ‘snout’. In the Battle of Badr, an arrow from a Sahaabi struck him on his ‘snout’. So Mr. Hendricks, beware of shoving your ‘snout’ into a domain which will prove to be your Jahannam in this dunya and the Aakhirah.
Furthermore, since you derive pleasure in the domain of Taaghoot, we advise you to learn some political etiquettes from the EFF. At least they proclaim some such truths regarding which a spineless Jahannami party lacks the courage to proclaim.
The silly noises you make are designed to woo the likes of the kuffaar women’s legal centre. That is why you had made your kufr denial of the Qur’aanic Patriarchal Society of Islam. You say that you are a Muslim, but you vomit up such kufr to please the Taaghhooti women!!!
We return to his implied concession, namely, that what he had meant by the ‘shariah’ is not the Shariah of the Qur’aan and Sunnah. He said:

Now, when the chap was fully aware that the ‘shariah’ he was speaking about was not even of the corrupt, diluted brand proffered by bogus UUCSA, then why did he cackle:
- Shariah law is recognized by the government
- The consequences of Muslim marriages will henceforth be Shariah compliant. ????????????????
The objective of this cackle and twaddle was to mislead the Muslim community – to hoodwink us into believing the mammoth stupidity of Taaghoot having finally agreed to prostrate to Nabi Aadam (Alayhis salaam) as commanded by Allah Azza Wa Jal.
Another stupidity disgorged by Hendricks is his averment:
“…..they (i.e. bogus UUCSA) would, however, have the opportunity to present it to the One Statute Marriage Bill that was drafted to be discussed by cabinet.”
The ‘it’ in this statement refers to the corrupt version of the shariah proffered by bogus UUCSA. The Muslim community is not interested to present the Shariah to the Taaghooti ‘One Statute Marriage Bill’. It is indeed a ludicrous assumption to describe it as an ‘opportunity’. The Muslim community will not be a party to the dilution, compromise and disfiguration of the Divine Shariah by submitting it to Taaghooti scrutiny and adaptation. Let Taaghoot promulgate his evil Bill. We shall continue manoeuvring our pathway in the spiritual minefield we find ourselves in, and we shall manipulate and utilize the Taaghooti law weapons to circumvent the hell of kufr imposed on us. But, we shall NOT with our own hands crucify the Shariah of Allah Azza Wa Jal.
Mr.Hendricks, do alight from the pedestal of deception to which you have stupidly elevated yourself and understand well that you have to
ABANDON AND SCRAP YOUR KNB. IT SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE SHARIAH OF ALLAH TA’ALA – THAT SHARIAH TO WHICH THIS MUSLIM COMMUNITY SUBMITS IN AQEEDAH, THOUGH NOT FULLY IN PRACTICE DUE TO IMAANI DEFICIENCY.
Also ruminate a bit on the Qur’aanic Aayat:
“And among the people is he who disputes about (the Shariah) of Allah whilst he follows every rebellious SHAITAAN.” (Al-Hajj, Aayat 3)
“…And those who say: ‘We believe in some and disbelieve in some” (i.e. a diluted form of shaitaani shariah), and they fabricate a path between this (such as KNB), these people are in reality KAAFIROON. And, We have prepared for the kaafireen a disgraceful punishment.”, i.e. in Jahannam for which stands the jeem ( ) of Al Jahannam party. (An-Nisaa’, 150, 151)
