KUFR LAW WILL BENEFIT ONLY THE MURTADDAH
ADVICE FOR TRUE MUSLIM WOMEN
In view of the unjust Kufr law which completely ignores the so-called freedom of religion imperative of the constitution, there is the imperative need for true Muslim females to correctly understand the adverse implications on their Imaan should they resort to kuffaar courts at the time of divorce.
It is of fundamental importance for Muslim women to understand that any legal action in conflict with the Shariah instituted by them will extinguish their Imaan. The laws of the Shariah are the inviolable. The laws of the Shariah are the making of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The one who opposes the Decrees of Allah Azza Wa Jal becomes a murtad/murtaddah. Issuing the severest warning of kufr for resorting to the law of Taaghoot (Kufr, Ibleesi law), the Qur’aan Majeed states:
“Those who do not adjudicate according to the (Shariah) which Allah has revealed, verily they are kaafiroon.”
Thus women whose monetary lust guides them to the kufr courts of Taaghoot lose their Imaan. They become ‘kaafiroon’ for opposing and rejecting the Divine Dispensation – the Shariah – of Allah Ta’ala. That they have no Imaan, is confirmed by the Qur’aan:
“Have you not seen those who think that they have Imaan (belief) in that which has been revealed to you and that which was revealed before you? They desire adjudication from Taaghoot (Shaitaan) whilst having been commanded to reject him.” (An-Nisaa’, Aayat 60)
It will be only women bereft of Imaan who will run to the courts of Taaghoot for usurping the wealth of their ex-husbands. The Shariah has decreed that the divorced woman is entitled to maintenance for only the Iddat period. If she is not satisfied with this, then she should understand that she is not a Muslim. She has confirmed her abode of perdition everlastingly in Jahannam.
The new law of the kuffaar government and whatever kufr decrees are issued by the courts of Taaghoot have no enticement for Muslim women in whose hearts Imaan is embedded. Only such vile creatures who were created for Jahannam will derive pleasure from the kufr decrees of the courts of Taaghoot.
It is the Waajib obligation of the male members of the divorcee’s family to see to her needs. This is not the obligation of the ex-husband. It is morally unjust and Islamically haraam to expect that a man should support a woman who has become the target of other males.
Kufr law is unjust, illogic and immoral whereas the Laws of Allah Ta’ala are best for His creation. The Shariah may not be subjected to the defective logic of minds wallowing in kufr.
WOMEN SHOULD REMEMBER AND UNDERSTAND WELL THAT THEY WILL CEASE BEING MUSLIM – THEY WILL LOSE THEIR IMAAN AND BECOME MURTADDAH BY RESORTING TO THE COURTS OF TAAGHOOT. NOW THEY MAY MAKE THEIR CHOICE –IMAAN OR KUFR – JANNAT OR JAHANNAM!
