HOSPITAL FEEDS HARAAM HUMAN MILK TO NEWBORN BABIES

A Muslim hospital is feeding Muslim babies with human milk from its ‘milk bank’. The incident happened to my daughter. She gave birth recently at a Muslim-owned hospital.
My daughter did not yet have milk. The nurse saw her bottle feeding items which she brought from home. The non-Muslim nurse told her they don’t prefer formula for the babies. They prefer breastmilk.
The nurse suddenly picked up the baby. My daughter didn’t know why the nurse was taking the baby. She thought its routine for them to pick up and carry babies. Because her labour was traumatic, she was a bit disorientated. Then the nurse gave the newborn some milk from a container. Then she realized that it was donated breastmilk which the nurse fed her baby.
I have read of hospitals that do this for babies when the mothers have AIDS. They feed the babies donated breastmilk from a milk bank, to allow the newborns to get the benefits of breastmilk, as their own mothers cannot feed them because of the AIDS. I thought it only happens overseas.
Who knows how many other Muslim babies the NON-MUSLIM nurses might be doing this to. (They do so under instruction of their ‘Muslim’ hospital bosses. They do not resort to this haraam tactic of their own accord –The Majlis)
A family member commented: “We don’t know if it was the milk of a stranger who ate pig or drank liquor!”
I am extremely perturbed at what the Muslim hospital had allowed. What are the consequences of babies being fed human milk from a multiple of women who are perhaps both Muslim and Non-Muslim? Does a hospital have the right to feed such milk to babies without the consent of their parents?
Please highlight this practice for the benefit of the Muslim community.

ANSWER & COMMENT
The incident is abhorrent – extremely abhorrent. The consequences from the perspective of the Shariah are far-reaching, revolting and haraam. A hospital does not have the right to feed Muslim babies anything HARAAM without the consent of the parents.
The nurse had acted stupidly, dictatorially and had displayed blithe disregard for the Muslim mother and the tenets of Islam. In a hospital, especially a private hospital owned by fussaaq/fujjaar Muslims, the patient is not in a detention centre although the staff behaves as if the hospital is the likes of Guantanamo Detention Facility.
It was not permissible to have fed the Muslim baby with the haraam human milk collected from a wide medley of women of a variety of religious, moral and immoral persuasions.
The consequences are ghastly. Hurmat-e-Musaaharah has been established between the baby and all the women whose milk had been pooled in this haraam manner and fed in a haraam manner to the baby. But due to the number of women involved and other unknown factors it is impossible to establish who all these women are whose milk the baby had been fed. This baby could one day perhaps be in a ‘marriage’ in which the ‘wife’/’husband’ will be haraam for him/her.
This type of cocktail human milk comes with its evil athr (moral/spiritual effects). Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
“Do not allow Humaqaa’ to breast feed your babies because verily milk is contagious.”
It is noteworthy that while Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had explicitly negated contagion regarding diseases, he confirmed contagion for breastmilk. That means: the moral traits and characteristics of the woman are transferred to the child she is breast-feeding. The reference in the Hadith is to Muslim women who are naturally dim intellectually (humaqaa’).
Now what should we conclude if the milk is of women who are kuffaar, prostitutes, faasiqaat, faajiraat, consumers of pork, liquor, etc.? The athr, morally and spiritually, will be disastrous for the child.
PARENTS SHOULD TAKE NOTE OF THIS INCIDENT AND BE ALERT REGARDING THE FEEDING OF THEIR BABIES IN A HOSPITAL. NEVER SHOULD THEY PERMIT THE HOSPITAL TO FORCEFULLY FEED THE MUSLIM BABIES WITH MILK WHICH IS ISLAMICALLY CONTAMINATED AND POLLUTED.
