THE NEWCASTLE DARUL ULOOM’S MOST UNFORTUNATE JALSAH
Many concerned Brothers have written to us regarding the Newcastle Darul Uloom’s jalsah. We therefore deem it appropriate to provide the necessary naseehat for the Ulama who have erred in organizing the futile, merrymaking, riya and israaf saturated jalsah, especially at this juncture when Muslims are being massacred by the thousand in brutal ways by the Yahoodi Khanaazeer. May Allah Ta’ala destroy them. May Allah Ta’ala guide and reform this fallen, disgraced Ummah – the Ummah which has been ruined by its evil molvis and shaikhs whose primary occupation in these critical times is merrymaking jalsahs, eating and excreting. In the words of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) they are the vilest specimens of humanity under the canopy of the sky. They are the manufacturers of FITNAH. This Futanah will destroy them in this dunya and in the Aakhirah will they have to circumambulate their intestines in Jahannam. The Athaab of Allah Ta’ala is indeed painful.
Among the letters of concern and complaint we have received, we reproduce the following one from a Brother in Newcastle:
“I write this email with pain in my heart asking Mufti Saheb to please make special dua for our Ulama.
Wallahi! I’m the worst but I want to share something with you, and maybe you can share your advice and meshwara.
Newcastle Darul Uloom had its 51th Jalsah this year. I find it extremely saddening and heart breaking that they hosted Qarie Abdur Rahman Sadien from Cape Town who it seems like he shaves his beard!
A Darul Uloom is supposed to be a beacon of light and a role model. What are we teaching the awaam and the students? What message is conveyed by hosting a faasiq? We are losing it so so badly it’s unbelievable.
If our so called leaders of the ulama (the principal of the organisation) allow such people to grace their jalsahs then what’s left?
Also in Newcastle, we have such Ulama giving Jumuah bayaans who have on their status pictures and also inviting towards haraam functions where inter- mingling of sexes and other haraam acts take place.
When the semi finals (cricket) was about to take place, one aalim had on his status regarding it, where a certain wholesaler was showing the semi finals on a big screen! The Aalim had that advert on his status! …”

Although we have to lament and are grieved regarding the evil conduct of today’s molvis, sheikhs and darul ulooms, it is necessary to understand that the predictions of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) have to materialize. When our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had condemned the ulama-e-soo’ in many Ahaadith, we have to take in stride the villainy, fisq and fujoor which these molvis and sheikhs are promoting today under deeni guise from deeni platforms.
Among the signs of Qiyaamah is the manipulation of the Deen for worldly and nafsaani motives. These are the motives which underlay all jalsahs of our time. There is absolutely no goodness in these jalsahs. The fact that fussaaq are hosted is indicative of the base and evil motives of the organizers of the jalsah.
A Darul Uloom is supposed to be an amal for the acquisition of the Aakhirat. But according to the Hadith, it has become a medium for the acquisition of the dunya. That is why, the molvis of these jalsahs are unconcerned about the fisq, fujoor and haraam which bedevil their merrymaking functions of gluttony and excreting.
The Ulama today are no longer ‘beacons of light’. They produce only Zulmat (Darkness) which destroys those ignorant ones who are entrapped by the external ‘deeni’ façade of the imposter ‘guides’.
Assuming that the jalsah could have been conducted in a 100% Shariah compliant way, then too, with what type of hearts can Muslims indulge in merrymaking when Muslims are being butchered by the thousand by the Yahood. Almost 2 million Muslims are currently squeezed into an area the size of an airport by the swines of Yahudiasm who have unleashed the most brutal form of aerial bombardment which Afghanistan had not experienced in 20 years of war. What has happened to the Imaan of these jalsah molvis? Reflect and meditate on the misery of the Palestinian segment of the Ummah. Then perhaps some vestiges of concern will open in your clogged, darkened hearts. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
“The Muslimoon (the Ummah) are like one man. If the eye pains, the entire body is affected. If the head pains, the entire body is affected.”
But, these jalsah molvis of the darul ulooms remain unmoved. Their hearts are enveloped in the zulmat of their fisq produced by their merrymaking functions in which eating and excreting are the dominant features overshadowing their hypocritical bayaans designed to deceive the ignorant audience.
These are times in which Muslims should seek direction from their own conscience. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Seek a fatwa from your heart.” These merrymaking molvis far from being an asset to the Muslim community, are mudhilleen (misguides) who plod the path of Dajjaal.
We are in the era about which Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
“Then there shall dawn a time when the one who holds on to the Deen will be like one who holds a burning coal.”
