ROBBERY AT A JAMAAT KHAANAH
Regarding the robbery at a Jamaat Khaanah in South Africa, a Brother from the U.K. proffers the following advice:
“I received the following message today:
“Very sad news as over 150 musalees were robbed during today’s Jumuah Salah at Kwaggafontin Masjid, Kwaggafontin next to Kwamthlnga in Mpumulanga.
The Jamaat Khanah was surrounded by armed robbers and some of them entered into Musallah and robed musalees of their belongings, monies and cellphones.
May Allah Ta’ala protect us all . Aameen! “
This seems to be becoming a recurring problem in South Africa. I believe that some guidance should be issued to Musallees on what to do in such a situation. I replied to the above message with the following:
The Imams should educate their congregation on the best thing to do in such a situation. These are valuable opportunities for Shahaadat. If even only a small fraction of the 150 Musallees got up to gain Shahaadat, then victory is assured for them in such a situation – either Shahaadat will be attained, or the cowardly armed robbers will be defeated and disgraced. May Allah Ta’ala increase our thirst for Shahadaat and grant us Tawfeeq to attain it when the opportunity arises.
I believe that even if only one Musallee displayed the natural thirst for Shahaadat a Mu’min is obliged to have on each occasion of robbery, robberies at Masjids, or at any congregation of Muslims, would cease to happen very abruptly. The robbers will very quickly divert their villainy to easier, more cowardly prey.

Comment
The fact that 8 robbers succeeded to besiege a whole Jamaat Khaanah with 150 musallis, is loud and voluminous testification for the extreme deficiency of the Imaan of the musallis. When Muslims recklessly and flagrantly indulge in fisq and fujoor, then Allah Ta’ala casts fear and cowardice in their hearts. This is the fear and cowardice which the 150 musallis had displayed on this occasion.
If all of them, even if unarmed, had stormed the satanic villains, with whatever they could lay their hands on, the evil robbers would have fled in panic.
Regardless of what advice is proffered and what methods of protection are devised for flagrant fussaaq and fujjaar Muslims, it will not be practically implemented due to the fear for the kuffaar, which Allah Ta’ala implants in our hearts as a punishment for our treachery towards Him. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) describing times of fitnah such as the era we find ourselves in, said:
“Allah will eliminate muhaabah (fear and awe) for you from the hearts of your enemy (the kuffaar), and instil in your hearts wahan.”
Wahan is such fear which is the effect of love of the dunya and aversion for Maut. Love of the dunya has made Muslims the scum of the world. In this regard Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that during the times of fitnah Muslims, despite their numerical abundance, will be “Ghutha (rubbish) such as the flotsam of flood waters”. Thus, there is no hope for Ghutha.
We have to first have our Ghutha status cancelled by Allah Ta’ala. Such cancellation is only via Inaabat and Ittiba’ – that is to turn unto Allah Ta’ala with repentance and to follow His Deen meticulously. We have to reform our diseased condition in which we are incrementally sinking.
Since Muslims have become Ghutha the kuffaar Yahood have been empowered by Allah Azza Wa Jal to eliminate Muslims and to perpetrate wholesale massacring and genocide in Ghazza.
