SAHUC – A HARAAM ENTITY

Please comment in the light of the Shariah on the following information being circulated about SAHUC? What is SAHUC’s status in terms of the Shariah? Almost everyone I have been speaking to have scorn and criticism for SAHUC.

Sahuc has been oppressing the South African Muslims since its inception. It has come to light that Sahuc registered South Africa as a Muslim country in Saudi Arabia. By doing that we automatically are restricted by a quota system for Haj.
Sahuc as a NGO has forcefully registered themselves as the South African Government representatives in Saudi and unfortunately the Minister of Foreign affairs has turned a blind eye even though Dirco is aware of what is happening. Does this pose a question that someone is benefitting from Sahuc? .
The application fees and Haj fees are all unnecessary. Up until 2006 it was simple and straightforward to go for Haj. Since the illegal creation of Sahuc, it is now costing the would be Haji more to fulfill his/her obligation. The so-called waiting list saw people passing away before their names came up.
We demand that Dirco come clean regarding Sahuc and we ask Sahuc to be transparent with the monies they making from the Hajis. According to Sahuc’s latest financials they have an access of R20 million in their accounts and the current waiting list is around 40000 applicants. Each applicant has to pay to apply. Do your maths then you will realize we are taken for ride by Sahuc

SAHUC’S STATUS? There is no scope in the Shariah for an illegitimate, oppressive, haraam agency such as SAHUC. The activities of SAHUC are haraam. The application fees leeched from the would-be haajis are haraam. The R20 million SAHUC is holding is haraam boodle. It is imperative for this miserable entity to refund all the monies which it is holding in its coffers illegally in terms of the Shariah.
And, what does SAHUC do with all the haraam interest accumulating on the funds illegally held? The so-called ‘accreditation’ system stupidly formulated for leeching money from people is haraam. There is absolutely no Shar’i justification for holding millions of rands of public money in the coffers of the kuffaar banks, earning haraam interest and enjoying such funds.
If it is true that SAHUC had portrayed South Africa as a Muslim country, and if it is true that Dirco was aware of this scandalous misrepresentation, then the community should seek legal opinion to disband this shaitaani entity.
A potent method for eliminating this shaitaani entity is to impose a total boycott. No one should avail himself/herself of the facilities sold by SAHUC at exploitive ‘prices’. If Hajj is not Fardh, one should not embark on Nafl Hajj and Umrah. The aggravating factors are the kufr regime in Saudi Arabia, and the defilement of the Holy Cities by the Murtadd Saudi MBS regime. A further prohibiting factor is the satanic covid haraam protocols. In the holy precincts of the Haramain Shareefain, the hujjaaj are required to emulate Zoroastrians (Fire-Worshippers). The Iranian fire-worshippers don covid masks when they pray to the fire which is their god. They don the mask on the basis of the belief that their saliva will contaminate their Fire-God. This shirki belief is being accorded practical expression by Muslims who don the niqaab of Iblees.
On account of these evil factors, Nafl Hajj and Umrah are HARAAM. Viewing the SAHUC structure from another perspective, it will be proper to understand that the corrupt Muslim community deserves a corrupt entity such as SAHUC. Most of these would-be-hujjaaj have considerable haraam funds to waste, hence Allah Ta’ala has imposed on them a haraam agency for squandering their ill-gotten money. Most of the wealthy people who have hundreds of thousands of rands to waste on haraam holidaying under hajj and umrah guise are spurred on by shaitaan to embark on these journeys.
During the Hajj season, shaitaan and his agents, namely the travel agencies, are extremely active and callous in exploiting people in the name of the Deen. They are experts in the art of exploitation. Today, the industry of Hajj and Umrah is highly commercialized. It is a Sign of Qiyaamah coming within the purview of the Hadith:
“The dunya will be pursued with the acts of the Aakhirat.”
Hajj is a pure act of the Aakhirat, but it is dangled in front of people by shaitaan for the fulfilment of their nafsaani motives. Hajj and Umrah have become denuded of their Ibaadat dimension. Most people perform mock hajj and mock umrah while labouring in the self-deception of them being great and holy after having haphazardly accomplished their hajj and umrah mockery.
A Wali from among the Salafus Saaliheen (perhaps it was Hadhrat Fudhail Bin Iyaadh-Rahmatullah alayh) said that while people emerge from their bathroom purified from the sins they had committed, innumerable people return loaded with sins after departing from the Ka’bah.
According to the Hadith, a person’s sins are washed away with the ghusl and wudhu water, hence they emerge purified from the bathroom. But due to the corruption of their intentions, riya, takabbur, haraam money and indulgence in futility and sins on the Hajj and Umrah occasions, they come away from the Ka’bah loaded with sin. Their actions of Shar’i violations in the hotels, malls, airports and in the planes are the evidence which confirms that their hajj and umrah have been rejected by Allah Ta’ala. So, they are deserving of a Satanist entity such as SAHUC.
