Frimax Foods has issued the following complaint and lament against SANHA, the Carrion halaalizer:
We will always be Halaal!
Frimax foods and SANHA have had a long standing relationship for over 20 years during which time we have always felt that the way their charges are structured are inflated.
These charges are also put on our suppliers which has an impact on the prices we pay and this in turn puts us at a competitive disadvantage when it comes to making your beloved snacks at the best price for you, the consumer.
Like any relationship there were challenges faced. SANHA has claimed that dual certification is not allowed, however after much research, we have found that SANHA has been found to have double standards as they have allowed it on our competitor’s packaging (they are certified by both SANHA and MJC) but have refused us the same privilege.
All monies had been paid to SANHA to allow for this as per agreed invoice. Long before our certification expiration SANHA has withdrawn their endorsement, the reason was that dual certification issue even though they have been paid until September 2022.
Frimax is muslim owned, and since it’s inception has been strictly governed by strong Islamic principles and Halaal laws according to the Shariah. All the directors and shareholders are staunch Muslims. Furthermore, we have been certified by both NIHT and SANHA for the last two years. One of the main reasons for retaining dual authentication is we have lost both the relationship and the trust that SANHA can function as a halaal governing body.
Consumers of Frimax would have already realised that we are certified by NIHT as this is on our current packaging.
We have proof of payment on record that we should be certified until September 2022. This further goes to prove that they are unfit to be a Halaal authority.
We would like to take this opportunity thank and show our gratitude to our loyal customers during this time. We are truly disappointed in how SANHA has conducted themselves during these malicious postings and are seeking legal counsel.

SANHA, MJC, NIHT, THE WATCHDOG, etc. are all birds of the same rotten feather. They all are halaalizing haraam carrion. They all are agents of Iblees. After an association of 20 years with the SANHA Iblees, Frimax has sort of opened its eyes to see the wretchedness of this Agent of Iblees.
