“SHARIAH BOARDS”
RUBBISH PROMOTERS OF RIBA
Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
“…The world will be pursued with the amal of the Deen.”
This is among the Signs of Qiyaamah. The Deen and its Acts which are all divinely designed for the Objective of the Aakhirah, will be appropriated and misused for monetary lusts and will be pursued for motives of the dunya and nafs. Among these Signs of Qiyaamah are the so-called ‘shariah boards’ manufactured by the capitalist Riba banks.
The motivation for creating these abhorrent outfits is to bamboozle ignorant Muslims – to trap them into investing in Riba ventures which are halaalized by the fake, mercenary muftis employed by the Riba banks. These miserable, treacherous ‘shariah boards’ have only one function, and that is to produce fatwas of jawaaz (permissibility) for the Riba products of their bank-employers who pay fat ‘salaries’ from Riba monies with which the miserable, money-mad fake muftis nourish themselves and their families.
Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Seek a fatwa from your heart.” To understand truth and to be guided, the heart of a sincere Muslim will not misguide him. That is why the instruction to refer to the heart was given. Now Muslims are supposed to reflect in order to understand the status of these ‘shariah boards’.
The capitalist Riba banks are the vilest protagonists of Riba. About them, the Qur’aan Majeed states:
“Those who devour riba (interest) do not stand except as one who has been driven to madness by the touch of shaitaan.”
The “touch of shaitaan” is a disease termed by the Qur’aan as Takhabbatush shaitaan. What affinity is there between men of the Shariah and those suffering from the disease of Takhabbatush shaitaan? And, why would the bank disciples of Shaitaan pay lucrative ‘salaries’ to molvies, muftis and sheikhs? They pay for fatwas of jawaaz – fatwas which legalize their Riba products. They never pay for fatwas of hurmat – fatwas which prohibit Riba dealings.
The vile fake muftis of the so-called ‘shariah boards’ are responsible for thousands of ignorant Muslims devouring riba and also ultimately losing their investment. Amaanat Holdings Investment is currently a prime example of the type of Riba outfit which the miscreant muftis had halaalized. There have been other similar companies as well which had been passed off as ‘shariah-compliant’ and which finally met their doom resulting in billions being lost, and more of these outfits camouflaged with some deeni hues by the fake muftis will crash and people will lose their investments. It is that the Al Mabroor company is following in the footsteps of Amaanat Holdings Investment.
The best and the surest sign of a business venture being in conflict with the Shariah and haraam, is the presence of a satanic ‘shariah board’ of mercenary molvis/sheikhs in the employ of the institution. The one and only objective of Ilm of the Deen is to gain the Pleasure of Allah Ta’ala and falaah in the Aakhirah. But the objective of these miscreant, ghutha fake muftis is the jeefah (carrion) of the dunya. Hubbe dunya has destroyed them in this dunya while in the Aakhirah there is worse in store for them.
These ‘shariah boards’ of bogus muftis are responsible for Muslims losing massive amounts of money which they had invested in the haraam financial institutions. Just as the CIA and other kuffaar enemies of Islam have created the fake ‘jihadi’ outfits, so too have the western capitalist banks created the mercenary fake ‘shariah boards’ to attract billions of dollars from the international Muslim community. Just as Muslims of this era are consuming carrion on the pretext of it having been halaalzed by the miserable, illegitimate progeny of Iblees, viz., the carrion certifiers, so too are they indulging on a wholesale scale in Riba on the pretext of these mercenary ‘shariah boards’ having halaalized the riba deals of the capitalists.
It is the total lack of Yaqeen in the Razzaaqiyat of Allah Ta’ala that constrains Muslims to gratify their monetary craving in haraam ways. If a Muslim has faith, genuine faith and true belief in the doctrine of Allah Ta’ala being the only Raaziq, he will not fall into the trap of Iblees prepared by the miscreant, mercenary ‘shariah boards’. Following the haraam fatwas of these mercenaries is to follow in the footsteps of Shaitaan about whom the Qur’aan says that he “scares people with poverty.” Barkat and success are in only Halaal.
