Our allegiance is to Allah and his messengers Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam, imtiaz sulaiman has exited Islam long ago by word and practice. He is a perennialist who believes all paths lead to salvation. 

 

Gift of the Givers is no more an Islamic charity organization therefore it is impermissible to donate zakaat to them. (We think that it never was an Islamic entity – The Majlis)

 

Imtiaz sulaiman is like mahatma ghandi and other Non-Muslims who do charity works and who will be paid for the good works in the world. View the horrible pictures of the demons and deities of Hindus which he promotes and possibly worships.

While born kuffaar will be recompensed in this world for their good deeds, Murtadds will not be rewarded even in this world for the charitable deeds they do. For murtadds there is only the everlasting Fire of Jahannam.

 

There is absolutely no conundrum regarding the kufr and murtadd status of Solomon Ghandi. It is not permissible to contribute even haraam interest funds to this murtadd entity, Gift of the Givers. Muslims who contribute Zakaat and Lillah to this murtadd entity, should understand well that their Zakaat obligations are not discharged nor do they receive any reward for Lillah. On the contrary, it is a kabeerah sin to contribute Lillah and any type of funds to this murtadd entity.

 

After being informed of the kufr and irtidaad status of this murtadd entity, those who contribute funds to it will only be murtadd themselves. Birds of a feather will flock together. Hence, only murtaddeen will contribute funds to the murtadd entity.
