THE KNB (KUFR NIKAH BILL) OF AL JAMA AH
A REMINDER!
THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY – LAYMEN AND ULAMA –BROTHERS AND SISTERS – ARE REMINDED TO SEND THEIR OBJECTIONS TO THE KNB TO:
The Speaker of Parliament
It is of great importance for the safety of our Deeni way of life for Muslims to voice their objections against the insidious KUFR Bill which a misguided political party, Al Jama ah, submitted to the government. The grossly misleading impression is being traded that this political party is an Islamic institution and that it is the Voice of the Muslim community. Some modernists and short-sighted molvis have become victims in the snare of Iblees – the snare of KNB which is no better than its two illegitimate sisters, MPL and MMB, who lie buried in the sewerage gutter.
Ignore the ‘assurances’ which movis and muftis of dubious knowledge and liberal leanings proffer in favour of Mr.Ganief Hendrick’s KNB. As for the assurance of secular lawyers, simply huff it off with derision and scorn. Neither are these cardboard muftis nor these senior advocates qualified to proffer any opinion on matters of Shar’i import. They are a conglomeration of morons in the huggery of Iblees.
STATE YOUR OBJECTIONS BRIEFLY TO EMBRACE THE FOLLOWING FACTORS:
(1) The marriage bill submitted by Al Jama ah is in conflict with the Shariah.
(2) You are opposed to the un-Islamic submission of Al Jama ah.
(3) The bill infringes on your religious rights and freedom.
(4) Al Jama ah is not an Islamic party and that it does not represent the Muslim community. As such it has no right to prescribe any idea or ideology for Muslims.
(5) You object strongly to the bill.
6) The bill must be scrapped.
Objecting against the KNB has become an Islamic obligation. Kufr is being adorned with the ill-conceived preposterous idea of the bill (KNB) serving the Deeni interests of Muslims. While the government imposes kufr laws on us, we may not carve out KUFR with our own hands and seek governmental assistance to commit religious suicide. Kufr can be and is imposed on us by the coercive power of the State. Our submission is due to Imaani weakness which in turn is the consequence of our gross and scandalous disobedience to Allah Ta’ala and His Rasool (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). But this weakness never means that we should volitionally further emaciate our Imaan by our volitional adoption of KUFR – such Kufr as submitted by Mr.Ganief Hendricks, promoted by Advocate Saleem Khan and supported by molvis and muftis of discordant superficial knowledge of the Shariah.
WE THEREFORE CALL ON MUSLIMS TO LODGE THEIR OBJECTIONS.
