(1) NOT WEARING A MASK IS NOT A CRIMINAL OFFENCE. IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR THE POLICE TO HARASS OR ARREST ANYONE NOT WEARING A MASK.
(2) If harassed or arrested by the police, do not pay ADMISSION OF GUILT. Pay the bail and go to court. Insha-Allah, you will be found not guilty.
(3) If harassed or arrested by the police, immediately lay a criminal charge. A civil claim can also be instituted against the minister of police.
