USAGE GUIDE
For your Kitchen:
Steep saffron threads in warm water, milk, or broth for 10 to 15 minutes. Use in rice, stews, soups, desserts, and drinks for richness, depth and fragrance.

Dosage: 10-12 premium saffron threads (30 mg) per day.
Preparation Method for maximum potency:
- Lightly crush the threads (Releases up to 2\times more crocin, the main active compound).
- For higher bioavailability: Soak crushed threads in 10ml cold purified water for 1-2 hrs to soften (3\times more potent).
- Pour into 150 ml hot water. (Do not exceed 85°C – higher temperatures destroy safranal, a key antioxidant).
- Steep for 15 minutes. (Always keep it covered as volatile safranal evaporates easily.)
Consumption: Consume immediately with the threads as well – they still contain active compounds.
Tip: For better absorption, take after breakfast with healthy fats (e.g., milk) or alongside omega-3s.
