THE MJC’S FATWA ON HOMOSEXUALITY
QUESTION
Please comment on the fatwa of the MJC on the issue of homosexuality. Are the views expressed in their fatwa correct?
ANSWER
The MJC in its fatwa has enumerated seven items. Points Nos. 1, 2, and 3 are correct. In their fourth argument, they say:
“It is essential that those who are tested with such desire and who strive to uphold the law of Allah be commended for their struggle. The Muslim community should in no way ostracize them. By contrast, the Muslim community should strive to include them in their gatherings of worship and social activities. The stance of love and tolerance has always been the way of Muslims, especially in the Western Cape.”
The Western Cape is notorious for not only tolerating sin and vice, but for promoting it. The MJC haraam stance regarding the shaitaani Coon festivals is a prime example of condonation of haraam for which the MJC is notorious.
This statement is a bootlicking averment which is typical of deviate entities such as the MJC juhala. The statement has been crafted to appease the western kuffaar who have accorded acceptability and respectability to the homosexual-lesbian league of Iblees.
What exactly does the MJC mean by commending such people for their struggle? All people are required to struggle (mujaahadah) against nafsaani dictates. Never did the MJC call for commending those who struggle to abstain from fornication, theft, murder and the host of other crimes. Why are those with inclinations of sodomy and lesbianism being singled out for praise?
Furthermore, how should others know that a person is struggling against his/her abnormal desires for Satanist sexual misdemeanours. Just as a normal person’s struggle against evil desires is a private matter known to only himself/herself, so too will be the struggle of a person whose nafs dictates the commission of homosexuality. So just how should they be ‘commended’?
The advice to refrain from ostracizing the abnormal deviates is also stupid and motivated by sinister design. In general, the Muslim community does not ostracize criminals. There is a glut of criminals, fussaaq, fujjaar, robbers, frauds, deceits, etc. in our community. Despite their crimes, they are not ostracized. They mingle with Muslims, attend the Musaajid and participate in gatherings, etc. So what is the agenda underlying the stupid advice of the MJC?
Just as fornicaters and robbers do not advertise their sins and crimes, it is expected that those suffering with physical abnormalities having abnormal sexual desires should not advertise their filth and rot nor promote their satanic ideals.
The issue of ostracization will arise only if the deviates promote themselves. A genuine struggle against evil bestial dictates and desires demands concealment. A man who has an excessive craving for fornication will not reveal his villainy. He will conceal it. The one who inclines abnormally to the same sex also has to conceal his/her craving, hence the issue of ostracizing such persons does not develop.
However, if these deviates who incline to sodomy and the like advertise themselves, then it devolves on the Muslim community as a Waajib duty to ostracize and boycott them.
Silhouted in the background of the MJC’s fatwa is the recognition which the Western kuffaar are according to LGBTQ shayaateen. Thus, the MJC deemed it appropriate to appease them with their bootlicking fatwa.
In its paragraph No.7, the MJC states:
“Lastly, when engaging with non-Muslims belonging to the LGBTQ community, we should display good conduct. ………..Our religion teaches us to hate the sin, not the sinner.”
Another bootlicking averment! Firstly, Muslims have absolutely no need to engage with this evil, shaitaani community. What is there to discuss with such people who, flagrantly indulge in such shaitaaniyat for which their predecessors were destroyed by the Athaab of Allah Ta’ala? The punishment for homosexuality in a genuine Islamic state is execution.
In the current context of this shaitaani community, it is correct and necessary to hate both the sin and the sinners. These people are promoting their evil and satanic cravings. Kuffaar society is according acceptability and respectability to these deviates. This miserable community demands rights and believes that they have the right to promote their shaitaani ideals and objectives. Thus, in this context hating the sinners is not only permissible, but imperative.
Can any sane Muslim ever love a devil who rapes his wife or daughter or mother? Can a Muslim love Iblees and hate only his sins? Can a Muslim ever love Fir’oun and hate only his villainy? Can a Muslim love the Yahood who have tortured and brutalized the Palestinian Muslims and hate only their acts of torture? Can a Muslim love the Hindu idol-worshippers who are murdering Muslims and calling for the killing of all Muslims and conversion of all Musaajid into temples of idol-worship, and hate only their evil? Can a Muslim love the Buddhist monk who publicly announced that he is ready to rape Muslim women, and hate only his crime?
Hating the sin, not the sinner, is a teaching of the Auliya. It is applicable in an entirely different context. A normal person committing a sin should not be despised. All people sin. Holding sinners in contempt is not permissible. But when the sinner promotes his filth and rot and believes it to be honourable and that he is entitled to advertise and perpetrate it, then it is obligatory to hate such an illegitimate son/daughter of Iblees.
Bootlicking has deranged the brains of the MJC juhala molvis and juhala sheikhs.
