MEDICATION TO PREVENT HAIDH (MENSES) IS HARAAM
Please comment on the following answer of the Jamiat KZN on the issue of contraceptive pills for preventing the haidh:
Q. Is it permissible to take medication like the pill (contraceptive) throughout the month of Ramadaan to avoid getting one’s period to keep all the fasts as it is very difficult to keep the missed fasts?
A. It is permissible to take the pill for this reason but it is not recommended. It could have side effects like changing one’s cycle or irregular spotting which may lead to difficulties in the future for Salaah, Umrah and Hajj.
(End of the KZN Jamiat’s fatwa)
The answer of the Jamiat is a gross error which is the effect of failing to apply the mind. The averment that “It could have side effects” is a glaring display of gross ignorance. When a mufti lacks information/knowledge regarding an issue, he should not issue fatwas based on cognitive dissonance, conjecture and guesswork. How could the mufti have erred so glaringly by saying, “It could have side effects”, when the brutal damage and injury caused by contraceptive pills is known to every Tom, Dick, Harry, Jane and Janet?
Furthermore, if the mufti had understanding of the extreme injury to the woman’s body, of the evil consequences to her haidh cycle, and of the operation of the Dharar principle of the Shariah, he would not have been so brazen to issue an absolutely bunkum fatwa – bunkum in the least.
THE DANGEROUS CONSEQUENCES OF DISRUPTING THE MENSTRUAL CYCLE
The monthly menstrual cycle is a creation of Allah Azza Wa Jal designed to expel injurious and harmful filth, impurities and poisons from the female human body. Any interference to disrupt this natural cycle is fraught with serious health and spiritual consequences. Many of the sicknesses from which women suffer could be attributed to their satanic interference in the natural creation of Allah Ta’ala. Such shaitaani interference is termed in the Qur’aan Majeed, Taghyeer khalqillaah (changing the natural creation of Allah). The Qur’aan attributes this evil practice to shaitaan.
On the occasion of the expulsion of Iblees from the heavens, he took an oath to mislead and ruin mankind. Mentioning this oath, the Qur’aan Majeed states:
“Allah has cursed him (Iblees). He (Shaitaan) said: “I shall most certainly claim a fixed share from Your servants. I shall most assuredly mislead them; I shall most certainly instil in them false hopes. Then they will certainly cut the ears of animals, and I shall assuredly instruct them so that they change the creation of Allah.” (An-Nisaa’, Aayat 119)
“The fixed share” refers to obedience to Iblees. Whilst Muslims claim to be the servants of Allah Ta’ala and to follow His commands and teachings, they satanically mutilate many tenets of the Deen by means of baseless interpretation adorned for them by Iblees. By means of such baseless reasoning and false opinion, do they override the Commands of Allah Ta’ala, thus submitting to shaitaan.
Among the many ways in which the khalq (creation of Allah) is changed, one of the worst and vilest is the interference with the natural haidh cycle of women.
Molvis and sheikhs are adept in the satanic art of baatil ta’weel (baseless interpretation) and in submission to the nafs and Iblees. The fatwa permitting the utilization of filth and poison to interfere with the natural khalq (creation) of Allah Ta’ala, namely the natural haidh cycle, thereby retaining all the filth and poison within the body, is a glaring example of Taghyeer khalqillaah (changing the natural creation of Allah).
The following is a report on the dangerous consequences of disrupting the natural menstrual cycle with haraam, poisonous pills and medication.
PAINFUL DEATH CAN BE THE CONSEQUENCE
“Recently this past week, Nicole Dishuk (age 31 …newly graduated student with a doctoral degree about to start her new career as a Doctor…) was flown into a nearby hospital, because she passed out.
They found a blood clot in her neck, and immediately took her by helicopter to the ER to operate. By the time they removed the right half of her skull to relieve the pressure on her brain; the clot has spread to her brain causing severe damage.
Since last Wednesday night, she was battling. They induced her into a coma to stop the blood flow, they operated 3 times… Finally, they said there was nothing left that they could do… They found multiple clots in the left side of her brain… The swelling wouldn’t stop, and she was on life support.
She died at 4:30 yesterday. She leaves behind a husband and a 2yr old Brandon and a 4yr old Justin… The CAUSE of DEATH – they found was a birth control she was taking that allows you to only have your period 3 times a year…
They said it interrupts life’s menstrual cycle, and although it is FDA approved…shouldn’t be – So to the women – I ask you to boycott this product and deal with your period once a month – so you can live the rest of the months that your life has in store for you.
Please send this to every woman you know – you may save someone’s life…Remember, you have a CYCLE for a reason!
For Your Information: The name of this new birth control pill is Lybrel. If you go to http://www.lybrel.com, you will find at least 26 pages of information regarding this drug.
The second birth control pill is, Seasonique. If you go to the website of http://www.seasonique.com, you will find 43 pages of information regarding this drug. The warnings and side effects regarding both pills are horrible.”
(End of report)
Indeed, this non-Muslim reporter has a beter understanding of the natural creation of Allah Ta’ala, for he says: “Remember, you have a CYCLE for a reason!”
The maajin muftis who issue fatwas of permissibility in opposition to the objectives of the creation of Allah Ta’ala should apply their brains. They should reflect to understand the satanism of their corrupt haraam ‘fatwas’. With their corrupt baatil ‘fatwas of permissibility’ they are implying that, Nauthubillah!, the haidh cycle created by Allah Ta’ala is meaningless and posits an onerous, disturbing circumstance impeding and preventing women from Ibaadat.
Allah Ta’ala has ordained special Ahkaam to be observed during haidh and nifaas scenarios. Is this meaningless? There is much meaning in the exemption and postponing of certain acts of Ibaadat during the haidh period. The baatil fatwa of the Jamiat in fact implies that, Nauthuibillah!, Allah Ta’ala has erred in having created the haidh cycle. This is the logical conclusion of the stupid fatwa.
These moron maajin muftis need to renew their Imaan for entertaining such vile, shaitaani ideas about the creations of Allah Ta’ala. When Allah Ta’ala has created the haidh cycle for women, by what Imaani logic and on what principle of the Shariah do they imply with their devilish ‘fatwas’ that, Nauthubillah!, Allah Ta’ala has erred? Failing to apply their brains correctly, these muftis have failed to understand the far reaching consequences of their rubbish opinion.
From the Deeni perspective, their ‘fatwa’ of permissibility implies kufr. From the physical perspective, it ruins the health of women. The very first casualty is the disruption of their monthly periods. It then becomes extremely problematic to determine whether the woman is experiencing haidh or istihaadhah. Their ibaadaat of Salaat, Saum and Tilaawat are disrupted.
The satanic intervention causes cancer and horrible other diseases as explained in the aforementioned report as well as in other articles on this issue. Even concerned kuffaar display better understanding of the issue than these maajin muftis who appear to be brainless dolts.
For purposes of Nafl Umrah or for even Fardh Hajj and for Fasting in Ramadhaan as mentioned in the question, the wayward mufti of the Jamiat, without even a moment’s reflection issued such a copro-fatwa, the consequences of which can prove disastrous for the health of women. The natural creation and the Ahkaam of the Shariah should not be set aside for ruling out a ‘fatwa’ to placate the dictates of the woman’s nafs. She is inherently deficient in Aql. But now even the muftis are exhibiting considerable Nuqs fil Aql. The Shariah has rules and regulations applicable to the haidh period. These must be observed, not overridden with moronity.
The mufti has failed to understand the extremely simple issue of filth and poison absorbed into the body’s blood stream and organs in opposition to the command of Allah Ta’ala to expel the najaasat and rijs. While Allah Ta’ala commands expulsion of the filth and poison from the body, the morons advise ignorant women with retention of the filth and poison. Indeed, Iblees has taken his ‘fixed share’ from the brains of these maajin muftis.
What is the calibre of muftis who fail to understand the following two simple principles of the Shariah?
- It is shaitaaniyat and haraam to interfere with and disrupt the creation of Allah Ta’ala.
- Among the factors of hurmat (prohibition) is Dharar (harm).
In addition to the many haraam ingredients of the satanic contraceptive pills and other forms of medication, are the horrible Dharar consequences of the satanic interference with satanic medication. Even with perfectly halaal medicine will interference with the haidh cycle be haraam on the mere basis of it being Taghyeer khalqillaah (changing the natural creation of Allah). Dharar is the aggravating factor which should not escape the mind of a mufti.
It is so simple to understand that acting in conflict with a system created by Allah Ta’ala cannot be permissible, and that it clearly comes with the purview of Taghyeer khalqillaah (changing the natural creation of Allah), and that injury is its consequence.
