ZUBAIR BAYAT, THE BOGUS ‘khalifah’ OF UNKNOWN ‘SENIOR MASHAIKH’
MY QUERY:
Please edify me as well as many other concerned Muslims about Mufti Zubair Bhayat. He had an ‘overnight islahi zikr programme in Roshnee at Musjid Noor. What has piqued us are the following issues:
He advertises himself as ‘khalifah of senior mashaikh’. This is, to say the least, very queer. Who are these ‘senior mashaikh’ whose identity he deems necessary to conceal? We have never heard of a person being the ‘khalifah’ of unknown ‘mashaikh’.
Among his other many deviations are:
- First to impose social distancing in the Musjid in Parlock, was fired.
- Freely intermingles with females.
- Gives a lot of emphasis to secular education.
- Follows Imam Fauci. (Dr.Fauci, the great Covid Fraud) You know, he’s Imam Fauci in America. To the extent that he made it compulsory for the Ummah, in a Jumma Bayan, to follow medical science. The statement was to the effect that, it’s crazy to say you ignore them.
- He’s with this Dean team, the youth Dean team. They follow the sports and entertainment and all etc.
- In his profile, Darul Ihsan, he gives an impression that he was very, very close to Mawlana Masihullah (rahmatullah alayh). He had a very deep relationship with Mawlana Masihullah. If he had such a deep association, he wouldn’t have indulged in any of the above harams, which Mawlana Masihullah (rahmatullah alayh) viewed with great disgust. Photography, making videos, anyone who knows Mawlana Masihullah, would say this was not Mawlana Masihullah’s tariqa. People have been warned.
- Also, he’s an expert at collecting funds. You get bootlickers and you get dollar lickers. You know, he sends people around to collect funds for himself and whatever else.

Our Comment:
The need to conceal the identity of his so-called ‘senior mashaaikh’ is the proof for his bogus status. This character is a bogus ‘khalifah’. While once upon a time he was a khalifah of Hadhrat Hakeem Akhtar (Rahmatullah alayh), his khilaafat was snatched away and cancelled due to his flagrant indulgence in acts of fisq and fujoor such as television, photography, video, intermingling with females, etc. as enumerated by you.
His relationship with Hadhrat Masihullah (Rahmatullah alayh) was NIL. He fraudulently uses the name of our Shaikh and Ustaad in a dishonest attempt to project a status for himself to enable him to continue with his haraam public activities.
His islahi zikr programme is another haraam bid’ah. There are no such zikr programmes in Islam. He is among those miserable copro specimens who had closed the Musjid, suspended the Fardh Salaat and promoted the many haraam Satanist covid protocols which led to his dismissal from the Imaamate of the Musjid where he used to be the imaam.
It is not permissible to be in the company of this deviate who is among the Signs of Qiyaamah. In this regard it is mentioned in the Hadith:
“The dunya will be searched for with the amal of the Deen.”
All the ‘deeni’ activities of this bogus ‘khalifah’ are designed for the acquisition of worldly and nafsaani objectives. May Allah Ta’ala save Muslims from the vile, shaitaani tentacles of the likes of these Mudhilleen about whom Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) expressed utmost fear:
“I fear most for my Ummah the aimmah mudhilleen (i.e. those bogus khalifahs, muftis, molvis and sheikhs who loot the Imaan and Akhlaaq of unwary and ignorant Muslims.”
Further describing them, our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
“Their tongues are sweeter than sugar while their hearts are the hearts of wolves.”
In another Hadith, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that he feared these bogus characters “more than his fear for Dajjaal”. When such fear has been expressed for these destroyers of Imaan, then understand well that even their shadow is highly detrimental for your Imaan.
