THREE TALAAQS – A MORON’S COPRO STUPIDITY

In an article published by one Mr.Badat it is argued that three talaaqs issued at one time are one talaaq. He says that there has always been confusion in Islam on this issue. What is the reality of his claim?

The chap is a jaahil to say the least. His brains languish in the state of confusion, hence his convoluted understanding of an issue on which there exists the Ijma’ of the Ummah since the era of the Sahaabah. The suggestion/implication that all the thousands of Fuqaha of the Four Math-habs have been languishing in error for fourteen centuries, and that he (this jaahil zindeeq) in this belated 15th century of Islam has discovered the real mas’alah, is conspicuous evidence for the dysfunctioning of his copro brains.
The jaahil denizen of Jahannam claims that all the illustrious Mujtahidden from the time of the Sahaabah had blundered in their understanding and as such have kept the Ummah in confusion for more than 14 centuries. Now he has mushroomed from some dunghill to present the mas’alah which the authorities of the entire Ummah and of all Math-habs have, according to his stercoraceous brains, failed to understand. Clearly, shaitaan has gripped his brains.
The article is too stupid to require an academic rebuttal. His brains are stagnated in confusion – copro confusion or are incrementally degenerating into greater decadence and rot. Three Talaaqs in one session, despite being sinful, are legally valid. Three are three. Islam does not believe in the kufr of trinity that three equal one. Shaitaan has urinated the stupidity into his brains.
Even a layman can understand that it is not possible for an error to perpetuate in the Ummah since the age of the Sahaabah. The moron has no right and worse, he is bereft of Aql, for formulating a mas’alah directly from the Qur’aan and Hadith. That was the function of the Aimmah-e-Mujtahideen.
The Shariah is not up for sale and for the lustful manipulation of ignoramuses of the ilk of this copro chap whom shaitaan has duped into believing that he has the ability and academic erudition to set aside the unanimous Fatwa of the Ummah – the Fatwa which was established by Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) and adopted by all the Math-habs of the Sunnah.
The moron munaafiq zindeeq states: “Many believe that if a man utters ‘I divorce you” three times in succession, the marriage is irreversibly ended.”
The stupid fellow should be apprized that it is not just “many”. It is the entire Ummah with all its Fuqaha from the era of the Sahaabah who believe what he is denying.
Whatever, the jaahil has disgorged is plain rubbish – rubbish which has absolutely no status in the Shariah other than ‘rubbish’. Shall the Ummah submit to the Fatwa of Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) on which exists the Ijma’ of the Ummah since the era of the Sahaabah, or shall the Ummah accept the rubbish copro opinion of the agent of Iblees who has popped up from some dung heap in this 15th century in close proximity to Qiyaamah?
THREE TALAAQS ISSUED IN ONE SESSION ARE VALID DESPITE BEING SINFUL. THE MARRIAGE IS TERMINATED IRREVOCABLY AND FINALLY WITH THREE TALAAQS REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION.
