WOMEN DRIVERS – JAMIAT KZN’S ABSOLUTELY CORRUPT FATWA
THE DUNDERHEAD MAAJIN ‘MUFTIS’ MUST HANG THEIR HEADS IN SHAME AND RESIGN!

In answer to a woman, the Muftis of Jamiat KZN said: “According to the majority of Scholars, a woman may drive and travel within the distance of less than 78 kilometres without a Mahram, if there is safety, modesty and no danger involved.”
Is this answer correct?

The answer is an inspiration of Iblees. The Aql of the Muftis who have disgorged this rubbish is lamentably putrid. It is haraam for such brainless molvis to issue fatwas. They lack the ability to answer correctly. They are disgustingly ignorant of the circumstances and environment. They have utterly failed to understand the immorality (not only immodesty) and the grave dangers for females in public even if accompanied by mahram males.
Firstly, even if assumed that there is safety and no danger, then too it is haraam for women to drive, and this prohibition applies even if there are no haraam factors involved in the process of learning and acquiring qualification and driving licences. But the reality is that a woman MUST commit zina to get a driver’s licence. Zina is of various kinds as explained by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). There is absolutely no escape from zina if a woman desires a haraam driving licence to enable her to indulge in haraam driving.
Driving for a woman is haraam. The La’nat (Curse) of Allah Ta’ala settles on females who drive and on the ghutha maajin ‘muftis’ who halaalize zina driving for women.
The muftis of Jamiat KZN have acquitted themselves with breath-taking jahaalat for stupidly speaking about ‘modesty’, ‘safety’ and ‘no danger’, when the reality on the ground is predominance of immorality and extreme danger. It will be salubrious for these unfortunate ‘muftis’ to study and reflect on the article: The Alarming Rise of Sexual Violence in South African Kidnapping – The “Devil’s Ransom”.
In South Africa, kidnappings are taking place by the hundred. Women are being raped by the kidnappers. There is no longer police protection. South Africa has been labelled a ‘Criminal Mafia State’ by the experts. According to Professor Andre Duvenage, a political analyst from the North West University: “South Africa has been besieged by crime, which includes a growing prevalence of corruption, kidnappings, political killings and extortion. ….The South African police departments and the whole criminal justice system in the country are dysfunctional. One figure which shows this dysfunction is that only one out of every 100 murders is successfully prosecuted.”
It is not safe for a woman to walk alone in even the street she is living. The report on kidnapping states: “Some victims are taken in in ‘express kidnappings’ in which as little as R500 to R2000 is demanded.” But the muftis speak of ‘safety’, ‘modesty’ and ‘no danger’ in a miserable attempt to bolster their stupid ‘fatwa’. They should shame themselves! They should vacate from the office in which they sit and catch flies. They should not embark on the delicate subject of fatwa. They are wholly incapable for the delicate post of Ifta’.
Just two days ago in Port Elizabeth, a woman driving alone was kidnapped. Ransom is demanded and she is still missing. The ordeal she will suffer in the hands of the filthy swines is too ghastly to even contemplate. But the KZN muftis say that it is permissible for women to drive within a radius of 78 kilometres all alone. The stupid ‘fatwa’ strains credulity to imagine that muftis of the Jamiat KZN could have degenerated to such a low ebb which displays the putrefaction of Aql. Their brains have necrotized. Their Aql has indeed become dysfunctional.
A Mufti must have cognizance of the environment and of all circumstances pertaining to the issue he is asked about before issuing a fatwa. He is not supposed to issue a wheedling ‘fatwa’ with flapdoodle ‘daleel’ based on Fiqhi technicality which the prevailing circumstances override. They have been extremely dishonest and deceptive to aver “if there is safety, modesty and no danger involved”. A fatwa is not issued on the premises of ‘if’. A fatwa is based on daleel. Their fatwa was designed to bootlick women – to satisfy their haraam tastes and palates- to flatter women by providing a licence for their haraam driving.
When the whole country is plunged into the fitnah and fasaad of immorality, violence and danger, only dunderhead ‘muftis’ will disgorge the rubbish of the existence of modesty, safety and no danger. Are they so stupid and so bind! Are they genuinely unaware of the clouds of immorality and the danger constantly overhanging the entire populace? Musallis in Musjids and even congregants in churches are being robbed. Rape and murder are endemic, but the KZN ‘muftis’ issue a licence for women to drive alone within a radius of 78 kilometres opening the gate for their kidnapping and being raped by the filthy swines.
