THE SATANIC ‘FATWA’ OF A COPRO ‘MUFTI MAAJIN
QUESTION
Below is a transcript (verbatim) of a clip of Molvi Shafiq jakhura stating and encouraging giving Zakaat for secular education. We have some understanding that it doesn’t feel right, but we are unable to comment adequately on such an issue, and thought it best to send it to The Majlis. Is the molvi right?
The molvi said:“Can I use my zakat to help a student pay university fees? The reality and the fact of the matter is that this ummah of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam needs people in all different types of fields. We need ulema and we need huffaaz. Similarly, we need people in the medical fraternity, we need accountants and we need lawyers, we need people in media and we need people in science and technology.
Our Comment: We also need food, clothes, shelter, etc., etc. But procuring these essentials of life in a haraam way is NEVER permissible. The consequences of pursuing halaal with haraam means are the Wrath of Allah Ta’ala and the Fire of Jahannam. A need may be acquired only in a halaal method and in a way which does not compromise Imaan, which does not eliminate Imaan and which does not deracinate the Akhlaaq (Morality) of Muslims.
It is NEVER ever permissible to acquire secular education at the cost of destroying Akhlaaq and Imaan. The type of secular education the moron maajin molvi/mufti is promoting is procurable only if Muslims indulge in zina, fisq, fujoor and kufr. Thus, the Shariah says: ‘Confound such ‘education’ which delivers one to Jahannam.
This Ummah is NEVER in need of any such worldly progress which is the very antithesis of Islam. When ‘secular education’ is mentioned, then zina, drugs, immorality and vice of every kind loom to the fore. The filth of immorality which is an imperative injunction in the process of pursuing kuffaar secular education is inseparable from university life, and while even kuffaar acknowledge this reality, moron molvis and stupid muftis who are unable to distinguish between jam and faeces deny this irrefutable reality of university life, the fundamental basis of which is atheism.
Thus, the agent of Iblees, the maajin, jaahil molvi has excreted a foul-smelling pile of copro filth with his haraam, shaitaani ‘fatwa’.
Continuing his rubbish, the jaahil molvi says:
“We need people in all of these fields and if we can use our zakat or our other charities as well to try and develop this ummah and build capacity in this ummah, then why not? We should be doing that.”
Our Comment
We need food and clothes. But it is haraam to steal, loot, crook and fraud to acquire these essentials. Haraam ways are NEVER permissible for obtaining these requisites of life. In exactly the same way, it is haraam to attend university and it is haraam to support those at university in any way whatsoever. It is haraam to use Zakaat, Lillah and even haraam interest money for students studying at these ‘educational’ brothels dubbed ‘universities’.
The Ummah can never be developed by ways which are in diametric violation of the Laws of Allah Ta’ala. The Ummah cannot be developed in haraam ways. Yes, kuffaar can develop and progress and attain great worldly success even if they use filth, faeces and immorality such as prostituting females.
Allah allows them the carrion of the world which they so much love and swoon over. They are destined for everlasting perdition in the Fire of Jahannam, hence Allah Ta’ala grants them the carrion crumbs of this dunya. But Allah Ta’ala warns Muslims against all things haraam. We are warned of dire punishment for emulating the kuffaar and for pursuing the haraam ways and means of the kuffaar. We are prohibited from looking with longing eyes at their worldly progress – their science and technology which are granted to them to entrench them in the rot, filth and immorality of the dunya. But warning us against emulation, the Qur’aan Majeed states:
“Do not cast longing gazes at the glitter of this worldly life which We have granted to the various groups (nations). We have granted them (the worldly splendour) in order to test them. The Provision of your Rabb is best and enduring.” (Taa Haa, Aayat 131)
There are other Aayaat as well which prohibit us from following in the footsteps of these disciples of Iblees. Today even molvis and moron muftis have become the disciples of Iblees, hence this jaahil molvi excreted his ‘fatwa’ loaded with copro mullock.
If worldly progress can be acquired only by means of immoral ways such as kuffaar ‘educational’ brothels, then confound it. It is haraam. Imaan and Akhlaaq may not be compromised and destroyed for the sake of worldly carrion. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “This dunya is CARRION.” Only Vultures hover over and devour carrion. This jaahil molvi is promoting carrion. He promotes zina, fisq and fujoor and even kufr under the acronym, ‘secular education’. The real names are zina education, fisq and fujoor education and kufr education.
The Jaahil agent of Iblees says:
“The important thing to realize and understand is that the recipient must be an eligible recipient of zakat. He must be allowed to accept zakat from a fiqhi and juristic perspective.”
Our Comment
This molvi wallows in jahaalat. He does not have the haziest idea of eligibility of a person for assistance, be it from Zakaat or Lillah funds. It does not follow from a man’s poverty that it is permissible to give him even Lillah or even a gift.
A man may be poor in terms of Fiqh, but giving him Zakaat or even Lillah can be haraam if one is aware that he will be using the money for haraam – for drugs, gambling, or for paying the fees of a prostitute. His ‘fiqhi’ eligibility does not necessarily qualify him for receiving any kind of funds.
Once while Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) was cleaning his camel, a beggar approached and begged for some provisions. Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) observed that the beggar had some wheat in his bag. He therefore ignored the beggar. When the beggar persisted, Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) grabbed his bag and cast the wheat in front of the camel. The camel promptly ate all the wheat. Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) commented: ‘Now you are qualified to beg.’
Having fiqhi eligibility does not always mean permissibility to ask for assistance and to give assistance regardless of the kind of the funds.
It is doubly haraam to give Zakaat or Lillah to students who will be attending these western educational brothels.
The Jaahil further says:
“Other than that, there is no bar in the sharia from assisting such a person, whether he is studying his deeni side or he is studying something that we term as secular knowledge. These are all things that will help and develop the ummah of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam.”
Our comment
He has acquitted himself with extreme jahaalat, and that is because he is a’mufti’ of the seventh class as mentioned in Shaami. Shaami has categorized muftis into seven classes. The seventh class consists of such morons who dwell aimlessly in extreme darkness not knowing whether their hands fall on faeces, snakes or any other danger or filth.
How can prostitution, zina, fisq, fujoor and kufr not be a ‘bar’ to render debarring Waajib? Indeed the brains have been deranged by the lust for westernism, hence every haraam ‘progress’ of the Yahood and Nasaara needs to be emulated by these fussaaq, fujjaar moron molvis and maajin muftis.
IT IS HARAAM TO GIVE ANY KIND OF ASSISTANCE TO THOSE STUDYING AT THE ZINA, FISQ, FUJOOR AND KUFR UNIVERSITIES.
