THE AL JAMA-AH POLITICAL PARTY
AL-JAHANNAM- THE PARTY OF JAHANNAM
THE JEEM ( ?) IS FOR JAHANNAM
Among the many letters we are receiving regarding the haraam political shenanigans of the Al-Jahannam political party, one Sister writes:
As salaamu alaikum warahmatulahi wabarakatu
I have attached Al Jama Ah Press Release for your perusal.
Should one not be concerned with the press Release of Al Jama Ah political party? Ulama have warned us that Politics is Un-Islamic. As stated in the press release by Shameemah Salie, parliament member the Hon Ganief Hendricks, while it was proven by Majlis that he is anything but Hon, he is Pro-Shia, and therefore holds no status in Islam and Al Jama Ah stands for nothing of Islam. Therefore, as Muslims we need to keep our distance from Al Jama Ah which is Ganief Hendricks as he is the leader of the political party.
Shameemah Salie, spokesperson and councillor for the Al Jama Ah stands for everything that goes against Islam. She is from the Women’s Legal Centre (WLC) who is fighting for (the haraam) Muslim Marriage Bill to be recognized. They do not state how they will try to change Shariah law if the MMB get passed. What happens then?
- Women go for talaaq
- Fighting over custody of minor children
- Women want maintenance even after Iddah is over
- What happens to men allowed to marry more than one wife?
- What happens to inheritance ?
Do we as muslims need the non muslims to decide what is good for us when Allah SWT has perfected our Deen for us?
These political parties already stand for same sex marriages, abortions etc. Why does any decent Muslim want to follow them? Now look at the Press Release events.
First on the agenda is “Presentation On Nikah Bill” – “Information Session With Youth” – and this is their main aim. To get to the youth with their abortions, interfaith gatherings, homosexuality etc. They want our children. May Allah SWT save our children from these evils Ameen.
- Event Held in St Stephen Anglican Church Hall – one have come to notice that some Ulama and Politians are all for interfaith gatherings. Does Islam encourage interfaith gatherings? We respect people, but accepting other religions other than Islam? Is that not committing Kufr? One can expect non-Muslim prayers at the event, as it is in a church hall, and the sad part is when the non-Muslim praise their shirk deities of trinity, our Muslim brothers and sisters say ‘Amen’.
- Ratieb – Sword Performance will take place. We must be really far gone and out of the fold of Islam to encourage this. How is it possible for a normal human beings to cut themselves with Swords, Knives etc and not have open wounds with blood gushing out. May Allah SWT save us from this type of ignorance and evil….Ameen.
- Lunch will be served – one can take it that it will be intermingling of mixed sexes and religions having a ball of a time. (With dining, wining and haraam carrion foods—The Majlis)
And it is for all the above reasons that I have brought this to the attention of The Majlis. Muslims should stay away from Al Jama Ah and other political parties and influencers who want to mislead us and especially our children who fall for these influencers.
May Allah SWT grant us the ability to see Haqq as Haqq and adhere to, and Baatil as Baatil and avoid it Ameen. May Allah SWT accept from us Aameen.”
(End of the Sister’s letter)
Some have posed the question:
Does The Majlis support the Al Jama-ah political party of Ganief Hendricks? We have understood that The Majlis was or still is supporting this party. In the light of Mr.Ganief being a member of parliament, does The Majlis still support him and his party?
OUR RESPONSE
Some years ago The Majlis had silently with circumspection supported Ganief Hendricks in the understanding that as a Muslim he should not become entangled in the haraam law-making of political parties nor should he support any law or act which is in conflict with the Shariah and haraam. At that time he was not a member of parliament.
However, since he has become a member of parliament, his kufr has become blatant and glaring. Obviously there can be no truck with him and his party. The name Al-Jahannam is more befitting for his party since he is paving the pathway of Jahaanam for morons and unsuspecting Muslims who are unable to distinguish between right and wrong, vice and virtue.
As far as the Shariah is concerned Mr.Ganief Hendricks is a total jaahil. He has absolutely no right and no licence to voice himself on any matter of the Shariah. His so-called nikah bill is baatil. The ‘never married’ statement which appears on some birth and death certificates of Muslims who have married only in terms of the Shariah is a refrain which is his red herring to deceive stupid Muslims. His justification for his ‘nikah bill’ is to gain recognition for Muslim marriages to save them from the imaginary ‘humiliation’ of the ‘never married’ slur.
This reason portrays the small mind dwelling in stupidity. It is a ludicrous factor for justifying another piece of kufr, namely, the stupid ‘nikah bill’. Is there a need to traverse the labirynthal, stupid parliamentary trajectory to get a haraam ‘nikah bill’ enacted as law just for eliminating the ‘never married’ epithet which appears on some certificates?
It is asserted that the ‘never married’ phrase is a legacy of the apartheid government. If so, what is the insurmountable obstacle faced by the ANC government to simply issue an instruction to the relevant department to discontinue the offensive/humiliating term in certificates? Why does the government refrain from issuing such an instruction, and why does Mr. Ganief not apply his mind constructively to secure the elimination of this nonsensical statement which is of no concern to Muslims.
Whether the kuffaar recognize our Nikahs or not is of no concern to us. Our Nikahs are registered in Looh-e-Mahfuz. The entire world, even kuffaar, do recognize the validity of the Islamic Nikah. The elimination of the offensive phrase from some certificates will be no favour for Muslims. It is an inconsequential stupidity. Our Nikah Certificate is a conspicuous and holy recognition of our Nikahs. We do not need a stupid ‘nikah bill’ for enactment by a kuffaar government for the recognition of our marriages. Mr. Ganief must wake up and learn to keep his nose out of matters pertaining to the Shariah.
This is merely a brief statement regarding the many corrupt and kufr issues of the Al-Jahannam party. A bulky book can be compiled on the haraam shenanigans of Mr. Ganief’s political party which has no relationship with Islam nor with the Muslim community. This deviate party does not represent any segment of the Muslim community. It is imperative that Mr. Ganief changes his party’s name to a secular one. The current name is extremely devious.
The haraam condolence letter issued by Mr. Ganief Hendricks on the occasion of the queen’s death, displays his bootlicking. It is this bootlicking mentality which makes Muslims grovel at the feet of the kuffaar.
As time permits, we shall with the Taufeeq of Allah Ta’ala, expose in greater detail the baatil and kufr of the Party of Jahannam.
