Misrepresentation, Distortion, Deflection & Aggression

The reaction of many Ulama to an extract from the JAMIATUL ULAMA OF SOUTH AFRICA’S (“JUSA’s”) Tas-heel-Durusul Quran- Book B- was swift and unequivocal. The content was described by various Ulama as misleading, a distortion and a misrepresentation of the meaning of Surah Kafiroon. We associate ourselves fully with the views of the Ulama who voiced that objection The offending extract is reproduced below to enable readers to properly understand the cause of the outcry.
