Regarding SAHUC
We need a fatwa regarding Sahuc. There is alot of financial MISMANAGEMENT. They have been fined by Irba and the VAT Registration R3 million and the hujaajs money have been used.
We have 20,000 people waiting in the queue.The 20,000 names will disappear on the new nusak system.
They are not disclosing all the money they received as ‘kick back’, and they were on Radio Islam giving a breakdown on the new function of the Nusuk app.
Now they have changed the constitution on Saturday where the members refused to Vote as they need more time to discuss this matter. Despite this, they went ahead and now they want to be the operator and the travel agent as well. Alot of people objected on the Islamic radio stations but they are adamant: its their way or the highway.
Please advise. The prospective hujjaaj of the country are concerned about their Islamic right in this matter and the way they are carrying on. A person called in and asked why dont we have the Islamic system where we appoint the Ameer and a Shura committee. They state that they have a committee and follow the constitution. The answer was you must join us but the sad part is that they have a mashwera before the mashwera, a mashwera in the mashwera and a mashwera after the mashwera.

From the Shar’i perspective an entity such as SAHUC is haraam. It has no right to exist. The shenanigans detailed by Brother Ravat are inspired by Iblees. In the light of the grave allegations of haraam shenanigans mentioned, your Committee has the right to institute legal action against SAHUC, the objective being to disband this oppressive entity which really has no Shar’i right to exist.
Almost every Muslim who had to contend with this shaitaani entity is disillusioned, dis-satisfied and disgusted with the manner in which this haraam entity is dealing with the affairs of the Hujjaaj and the Hajj.
Perhaps the biggest hurdle in the struggle to dismantle and bury this haraam entity is the support it has from the murtad Saudi regime. As long as the evil Saudi regime accepts SAHUC, the problems and the shenanigans will not only remain, but multiply. Perhaps the only way to deal with this Iblees is to institute legal action against it if you have the necessary evidence to substantiate the claims you have made.
