PART 4
MOLVI SA’D OF NIZAAMUDDEEN
“SINNING FLAGRANTLY IN PUBLIC IS NOT SHAMELESS – SINNING IN PRIVACY IS SHAMELESS”
QUESTION
Please comment on the following opinion stated by Molvi Sa’d of the Tabligh Jamaat of Nizaamuddeen:
“People understand that haya (shame) is that whatever a man does he should do so in concealment. No! Qasam by Allah! Committing a misdeed clandestinely is shameless (be-hayaaee). Committing it openly is not shameless. The understanding of people is greatly inverse (upside down) because they have fallen from the pedestal of the Deen.
They understand that committing a sin (gunah) in public is shameless whereas, Qasam by Allah! Sinning in public is not shameless (be-hayaaee). Sinning clandestinely is shameless.
It is difficult to explain this fact that sinning openly (in public) is not shameless because the relationship of haya (shame) is with Allah.”
(End of Molvi Sa’d’s statement)
Is this right? We have always understood the opposite to be correct.
ANSWER
Some severe mental malady has affected the Molvi Sahib. His thinking is totally upside down. In this era Muslims in droves fornicate and consume liquor. In terms of the Molvi’s advocacy they should henceforth perpetrate their felony, notoriety and obscenities in public for the world to spectate. Those who are not fasting during Ramadhaan may now resort to gluttony in public. They need not eat in concealment according to Molvi Sa’d.
People with clean shaven faces need not have any regret regarding their mal-oon (accursed) faces since the Molvi says that sinning in public is not shameless. The attitude of such fussaaq clean-shaven juhala is the effect of the advocacy of deviates such as Molvi Sa’d who propagate that sinning in public is not shameless.
Every Muslim understands the satanism of this vile, stupid and haraam opinion which Molvi Sa’d has excreted from his mouth without reflecting for a moment the utter haraam rubbish which shaitaan and the nafs have urinated into his brains.
Sinning flagrantly in public is either tantamount to kufr or actual kufr. A Muslim who sins flagrantly in public despite believing that his sin is haraam, while remaining a Muslim, dangles on the precipice of kufr for his rebellious defiance of Allah Ta’ala. On the other hand, a person who professes to be a Muslim, but shamelessly commits sins in public believing the satanic misdeeds not sinful, is a kaafir.
A person who sins in privacy, concealing his sins, does so because of Haya (Shame) which Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said is “A Branch of Imaan.” Thus only a devil sins shamelessly in public having total disregard for Allah Azza Wa Jal and the Makhklooq (creation).
Allah Ta’ala is Saatirul Uyoob (The Concealer of faults/sins). Among His Asmaaul Husna (Beautiful Names) is As-Sattaar (The Concealer). When Allah Ta’ala Himself conceals the sins of His servants – such servants who are remorseful – then by what stretch of Imaani logic should a Muslim opt for sinning flagrantly in public as the deranged logic of the Molvi dictates? As long as the bandah regrets and is remorseful, Allah Ta’ala will not disgrace him by exposing his sins. But, if the person himself is so shameless as to sin flagrantly in public, the factor of disgrace has no meaning for him since he does not even believe that his public-flagrant of fornication and consumption of liquor, and abandonment of Hijaab, etc., etc. are sinful.
The view excreted by Molvi Sa’d is absolutely disgraceful and borders on kufr. Only persons whose thinking is deranged will attach any credence to the corrupt idea of Sa’d – an idea which no one in Islam’s almost fifteen century history has ever had the temerity of disgorging.
