THE FISQ, FUJOOR AND KUFR OF THE VILLAIN MOLVIS

At a recent Hifz Jalsa, an Aalim considered senior and a Mufti, famously known on Youtube and on other social media platforms, were invited as the guests of honour. The following are some controversial statements and positions of the Mufti which are all in the public domain:
a) His visa was declined by a European country whereupon he was interviewed by a lady on public radio. During the interview, he repeatedly emphasized that he was not radical. The female presenter asked if he would shake hands with her. He replied, “yes”.
(Shaking hands with even a Muslim woman is haraam. It is blatant fisq. Believing it to be halaal is kufr – The Majlis)
b) He made a statement around ten years ago about LGBT people being worse than animals. (At that time he was still a Muslim. Then shaitaan arrested his brains and heart by degrees. Thus, he became a zindeeq promoting a variety of kufr in ‘islamic’ guise – The Majlis). He was condemned for this on social media and he issued a full retraction which included the statements that he “is not homophobic” (as per the understood definition, this means he has no negative feelings to homosexuals or homosexuality) and that this previous stance of his was based on “a misguided notion”.

c) He has reached celebrity status on social media platforms, especially YouTube, where his lectures are regularly live streamed and uploaded. The live streaming (videoing) takes place even if the lecture is in a Masjid. It is also a lucrative way of earning money.
(The most ‘famous’ and notorious celebrity is Iblees. This so-called bogus mufti is the illegitimate son of Iblees, hence he follows in the footsteps of his father, Iblees in Chief. Youtube and its other satanic compatriot media are all appendages of Iblees. A molvi or sheikh who appears on any of these haraam, najis, rijs and kufr medium is, at the minimum a confirmed faasiq/faajir. But at the worst he is a reverend, priest or a swami or a pundit or some other type of deviate such as a sangoma. – The Majlis)
d) He has, on multiple occasions, posed with ghayr-mahram women (shoulder to shoulder) whilst they take selfies with him. These pictures are available on social media.
(Such acts of fisq and fujoor are not at all surprising when perpetrated by fussaaq, fujjaar, zanadiqah and murtaddeen. This crank ‘mufti’ is one of these characters – The Majlis)
e) The Mufti infamously spread the idea that the Musaajid are super spreaders of Covid because of the virus present in the carpets. (He was peddling the wares of his Yahood and Nasaara handlers. The chimera of the boodle they hung in front of him was too juicy and lucrative to forego. Extinguishing whatever Imaan he may have had, his promotion of the kufr, satanic kuffaar covid protocols was further confirmation for the kufr embedded in his heart. This vile character who had vilified the Houses of Allah Ta’ala in such a despicable manner is among the most despicable enemies of Islam. He is worse than the Yahood and Nasaara who are open enemies. He is a hidden munaafiq. –The Majlis)
f) He advised a Muslim father and daughter duet to treat him like a friend and not a stranger whilst performing their songs (Islamic lyrics with musical instruments) on stage. The musician was grateful for this as he then performed without being nervous. This was posted online which led to people challenging him regarding his stance on music. He replied that he holds the stricter opinion on music (implying an ikhtilaf in the matter which still didn’t stop him from attending their performance) and also that the duet were two beautiful souls and a difference or two does not make them evil (this was also a public instance where he posed with the ghayr-mahram singer and it appeared that their shoulders were touching).
(This is the kind of bogus molvi/mufti/sheikh about whom the Qur’aan Majeed says: “They are Hasabu Jahannam” – Fuel for Hell-Fire. His public and flagrant indulgence in blatant fisq and fujoor voluminously testifies for his carnal lust and kufr. His zina dalliance with the female musician proclaims his irtitaad. Believing haraam to be halaal is kufr. –The Majlis)
The presence of the senior Aalim as a co-guest of honour at this Jalsa appears to have endorsed this Mufti to the general public giving the impression that he is a reliable source of acquiring Deen. It has endorsed the live video streaming as well, and this in a Masjid where it was never previously allowed by the students of the very same senior Aalim. These Ulama had themselves reprimanded and forbade people from taking videos/photos in the Masjid, yet they organized the program and were present whilst their Ustaadh shared a platform with the Mufti. Only the Mufti’s segment was broadcasted live on YouTube.
(The chap is a senior Jaahil, a senior Mudhiel and a senior Agent of Iblees, hence he paired up with a Rubbish who exhibits his fisq, fujoor and kufr blatantly and flagrantly without the slightest inhibition of shame. Thus does he confirm his shaitaaniyat. The nifaaq of this senior Jaahil is also quite manifest. Now when the satanic circumstances dictate an alliance with the shaitaan – the bogus mufti – the Jaahil displays his true colours. Whereas he may earlier have presented a stance in support of the Shariah and in conflict of the fisq and fujoor in which he today publicly indulges and supports, he has now lowered his pants to display his rijs. – The Majlis)
The local Ulama in the Jumu’ah’s preceding the program touched on the aspect of not judging in their bayaans. The Mufti also touched on this in his bayaan at the program. The guest Aalim in a bayaan the day after the program also spoke on not judging and keeping our hearts clean.
(All of these molvis and muftis are muck (ghutha). In the interests of safeguarding the Imaan of the masses and defending the Deen, it is Waajib to be judgmental. Being judgmental is commanded by the Qur’aan Majeed. Allah Ta’ala states:
“O People of Imaan! If a faasiq comes to you with any news (or information), then verify it lest you harm people ignorantly and then you will be remorseful for your actions.” (Al-Hujuraat, Aayat 6)
Understanding a person to be a faasiq, is judgmental. The command of Allah Ta’ala is that before accepting news/information, be judgmental – decide whether the informer is uprighteous or a faasiq. On the basis of this Qur’aanic command, the fisq, fujoor and kufr of the Ghutha have been verified and confirmed, hence the comment of these ignorant molvis is dismissed with contempt. In many issues, there is a Shar’i need to be judgmental. Minus this factor, a hukm may not be issued. In fact, the Qaadhi too will base his verdicts on many issues in the light of the judgemental opinion of witnesses and the like.
On the basis of being judgmental, Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) would make decisions. This is such a well-known ‘principle’ which only jaahil molvis of dubious Imaan fail to understand. – The Majlis)
For the benefit and hidayah of the Awaam (masses), we humbly request that all questions posed below be answered. All the below questions are relevant and related to the issues of the above concerns that may be detrimental to the Imaan of the ummah at large.
The following questions require clarification in light of this situation:
Q. Is there any circumstance where posing next to ghayr mahram women is allowed in Islam?
A. It is haraam. It is not at all allowed. It is blatant and flagrant commission of fisq and fujoor, and at the worst it is kufr.
Q. Is it permissible to invite this Mufti to deliver lectures in Masajids knowing full well that it will be video live streamed on YouTube?
A. It is never permissible to invite such Ghutha scoundrels to deliver lectures. They are shaitaani mudhielleen. They mislead the ignorant and the unwary.
Q. Is it permissible to attend his lectures or listen to his lectures?
A. It is not permissible to attend the deceptive talks of these villains who rob people of their Imaan.
Q. Does the attendance of the Ulama mentioned above constitute an evidence for us laymen to attend such programs?
A. The attendance of molvis at the talks of the mudhilleen is no basis for permissibility to attend. The molvis and sheikhs of this age are among the ‘vilest specimens of humanity under the canopy of the sky” according to Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). These jaahil molvis are all in cahoots with Iblees, knowingly or unknowingly. The Deen and Imaan are not their concerns. They have their own corrupt nafsaani and worldly objectives and agendas which they promote under ‘deeni’ guise.
Q. Is it permissible to arrange, organize and contribute to this kind of program?
A. It is haraam to contribute to this kind of shaitaani program. It is not permissible to organize such jalsas of deception and shaitaaniyat. It is not permissible to participate in any way whatsoever. These deceptive shaitaani jalsahs are worse than the wedding receptions of fisq and fujoor because the latter do not come with deeni cover.
Q. If this kind of program is not permissible to arrange, do the Ulama, Mutawallis and others that were involved have to make a public apology and retraction?
A. Don’t expect any apology from Ghutha. Why will the agents of Iblees ever apologize. An apology will be by only someone who was under genuine misconception of permissibility. If any sincere person now understands the evil of the jalsa and the evil of the villain moron ‘mufti’ and jaahi ‘aalim’, then he should dissociate from them.
Q. If the organizing and participating Ulama are not repentant for their role in this event, can they still be considered credible Ulama to whom we may refer our matters of Deen to?
A. Obviously they are most unreliable. Never should matters of the Deen be referred to such scoundrel molvis and moron muftis. They are in the league of Iblees.
Q. Is pointing out public contraventions of Shariah considered being judgmental?
A. Firstly, as explained earlier, being judgmental is permissible and even necessary. But pointing out the public infractions, the fisq and fujoor of the Ghutha for the guidance of others, is part of Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahy Anil Munkar which is a Waajib obligation.
Q. In this instance, is the command of Amr bil Ma’roof and Nahya anil Munkar binding on us or should we adopt silence for the safety of our Imaan?
A. Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahy Anil Munkar remains a Waajib obligation until the Day of Qiyaamah.
Q. The precedent of videoing in the Masjid has now been set in a Masjid that has previously been staunch against it. Moving forward, if anyone wants to take pictures or video some event in the Masjid such as a Nikah, how should this situation be handled?
A. It is the Waajib duty of the Imaam and the trustees to forbid the commission of haraam acts in the Musjid.
